I bought a car from 5 Star Ford and they're using Interstate Title Solutions, Inc to handle my registration. I've registered 3 cars myself in the last month and these guys have had my money and paperwork for 4 months now. It doesn't make sense that it's not done yet. Covid can't be an excuse for this. I'm pretty sure they're not doing it right.
