Journeys journeys shoe company

I ordered two pair of the same shoe on 9/9. I received one pair and just assumed that they were shipping the shoes separately. Now it's 9/21 and I'm still waiting on the second pair. I called Customer service and was told that both pair had shipped in one box. I told her that I only received one pair and the website even shows that only one item was shipped. So now I they have turned this over to UPS for investigation, which will take 8-10 days, even though it's on their end. All I want is my shoes THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. If you can find the same shoes elsewhere then I highly recommend buying from another company.

Journeys service

Hi I'm writing to inform you of my experience yesterday, 9/17/17 at a Journeys location at Rosedale Mall, Roseville, MN. I was in at around 3pm and had such a negative experience. I was approached by a young lady and was told to let her know if I needed any assistance, moments later after I found what I was looking for, I checked around to see if anyone could grab the size I needed, I walked towards the register where I saw 3 employees gathered, one was trying to fix the register and the 2 other girls were talking amongst themselves. I just stood there waiting for anyone to give me eye contact, until one girl finally did, whom I think may have been in charge.. confused as to who was going to help me, I just look at all three of them and ask for a size 6 in baby shoes. The one who gave me eye contact seemed so shocked and appalled that I had asked for help, she rudely asks me what size I needed, I once again said I needed a 6, the other employee heard me the first time and repeated it also to this "person in charge" I then see her nudge her employee/coworker demanding her to grab my size. At this point, I felt so upset, unwelcomed and annoyed. I placed the shoes next to the register and informed them I no longer wanted to make a purchase and made it clear to the one person with the attitude, it was thanks to her. The girl who was so rude just yells out at me to have a nice day as I was making my way out. She was so unprofessional, rude, unproductive and I really hope she wasn't the one in charge, she would be a horrible mentor, leader to follow and take after. I did try calling a number given to me by a friend who is a journeys manager from a different state. I waited on the phone at least 3 minutes before hanging up. I would greatly appreciate it if someone would please inform these particular employees who represent the Journeys brand, that their poor attitude, horrible customer service needs some major changeable is unacceptable . Thank you.

Journeys journeys coastal grand mall myrtle beach sc

I worked at coastal grand mall journeys under fairy (manager) and halee(co manager).i quit due to the fact that the manager and the comanager was never in the store when they were clocked in. They routinely leave the store for hours and come back with shopping bags from other stores. And complain about the numbers and the multiples when they come back. Fairy talks down and be littles her staff constantly.once after she came back from a shopping spree she told one of the girls who was a co manager at the time that she needed higher multiple and socks sales, when she stayed at the store for three almost four hours before her shift working while not clocked in but didnt want to leave the store without a manager because the two on duty managers were shopping.she also had the second highest numbers for the day when i did my dsl. Fairy is not only rude and a bully to the staff but to the customers as well. People routinely tell us they will not come back simply because of fairy.she talks about other staff to other staff. She stands at the register with halee and talks and laughs and eats all day not to mention she props her phone on the register and is on that all day too, but somehow manages to get their numbers for the day. And when you see them stealing your sale she says youve hit your numbers for the day do you mind if i take this sale so the store triple crowns and you have to say i dont mind because shes intimidating. She also sends staff to get numbers from customers and people in the hallway outside when shes married. She shows the staff and talks to the staff about the conversations and pictures of these guys known as shoe polish to the staff. She has made staff members cry and feel terrible simply for asking a question.i am not bitter i left because i didnt think it was right that my boss a training manager trying to be a dm was always shopping on the clock sending staff to get her food staying in her phone and stealing sales could yell at us because the numbers were off. But when her dm comes for his visits she and halee are completely polar opposites they are on the floor they stay in the store it runs like it should. If every journeys runs its stores like this its going to drive people away for good. People are afraid to talk to her or tell her how they feel or anyone because her and her dm and others high up are her friends and thats a shame they either quit or suffer in silence at the workplace because of the management journeys itsself is a good store very about the money but it is a company after all.

Journeys employees being rude at willowbrook mall in texas

Was on the phone with some girl and heard some guy being rude and sarcastic when I needed help tracking the shoes I purchased at their store to be shipped to my house. The guy was saying thing like "well she's dumb, we just had a hurricane." which I know we did but doesn't mean I don't wanna track my shoes. Also when I gave a name for the order I thought it was under my mothers name but it was under my sisters and the guy said "wow she doesn't even know the name on the order." I heard the girl giggling and laughing with the guy. I am severely offended and will not ever be shopping at that Journeys again. please fire them. This happened on August 31st 2017. F*** Journeys

Journeys false advertising

I went to pick up a few more school items which included shoes so I stopped in Journeys to purchase a couple pairs of shoes. This journeys store was in Pembroke Pines Mall in Broward County. (#925) I noticed a pair of Adidas sneakers that were prices at $9.99 but the manager refused to honor it and she was also very rude. Another customer had the same complaint as well. This incident occurred on this past Saturday on 8/26/2017. I then only purchased a pair on neon pink Vans and we went to another store to finish our shopping. I also snapped to pics of the shoe as evidence.

Journeys I want my $89.99 back

Somebody use my card fraudulently to you people of $89.99 I called back on the 3rd of this month I would like my money back ASAP. The police are already involved and so is my card holder. This should have been resolved a while ago, this is bad business from your company.. So again I would like my money back since I didn't order anything from you people. Thanks Jeanette Streuber

Journeys unethical behavior

I work at store 1080 in Panama City, FL. My manager Brandon Martin's behavior is out of control. I was told on 8/11/17 that I was being let go because my school schedule does not meet the stores needs. After he told me that he then asked me to make all my sales under his employee number. Since I agreed to do so he sat in the back on his phone for hours. He has also recently punched a wall of shoes because he was mad a PT employee had put in their two weeks. In doing so he knocked the shoes on top of a different PT employee injuring her arm (8/6/17). No accident report was taken. Brandon and the Co manager, Preston Pinegar, steal sells in addition to telling PT employees to make sales under their sales numbers as well as the Sales Lead's number in order to help the breach their goal. On 8/8/17 Preston came into work at 12 and took a nap in the back (clocked in I'm pretty sure) until 1 because he was hungover from the night before.

I just want to say someone whom I trusted told Brandon about this review. I am not being threatened with legal action if I don't admit to the truth. The truth is that I made all of this up about Brandon because he terminated me for theft.

Journeys rude/dishonest employees

My family and I were shopping in the Journeys store for school shoes. We asked one of the employees if there were any coupons online or in a coupon book. One of the associates said there was a $5 coupon, the other that checked us out said that there was nothing available. The lady who checked out my sister right beside me gave her a $5 off coupon, and I asked the guy if I could have it and he said that he could not give it to me. I could have went to any other store to buy the pair of converse I wanted, but I chose Journeys because I have always been fond of the service and the prices but I was highly dissatisfied with the rude employees and they lied right in front of me. If I did not need the shoes for school I would have walked right out without buying a single thing from them. I know $5 is not very much, but I was more upset with the employees more than anything.

Journeys refund policy

I had ordered shoes in store that they were going to mail out and called after a week of not hearing from them only to be told that the ordered had been cancelled. They did not notify me and will not refund me in store. I now have to wait 10-12 business days to recieve a refund for shoes that are not even in my posession. Customer service kept putting me on hold and were not helpful what so ever. Will not be dealing with this company again.

Journeys shoes are wrong size

I asked for a size 7.5 and they brought me back a size 9. I said I asked for 7.5. They came back with the 7.5 and it only had one pair. They went back for the other pair when I was ready to pay. They checked the size to "make sure they matched". I assumed they were both the right size since they checked. I went home and saw I was given a 7.5 and a 6. Clearly one was smaller than the other. Don't understand how they could have confused it. I live an hour away from the mall. Not very fun to go back to get an exchange.

Journeys customer service

I ordered two pair of Converse on July 24, 2017. On the 29th my package arrived and when I opened it, there was one pair of Toms. I called customer service to let them know, thinking they would go ahead and mail the correct items and instead I was told "once you mail the Toms, you can call us with a tracking number, then in 2-4 weeks we can ship the correct items"
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I ordered the Converse for my kids for school which starts August 9th. It is NOT my fault that their employees are incompent. I don't have an extra $85 to order two more pair in time for school, I am a single mom who works hard to provide and this is just ridiculous. Any other company would apologize for the mix up and send out the correct items immediately. The closest Journeys Kids store is 90 miles from me, which is why I ordered online to begin with. So so disappointed in this company.

Journeys shoes

I purchase a pair of shoes for my sons birthday party and they told me that they would be delivered by a certain date. While their customer service is horrible, it was aggravating to see that there policy is even more displeasing. The order tracking info indicated that the package was delivered, but no package was found at my residence at which I receive packages often. When I called they told me that they needed to file claim that takes 10 days and did not offer any immediate solution to my problem. Seeing as that it is their package UPS says that it is there claim, but Journeys will not take responsibility for their shipment not arriving and make good on the replacement. It is the last time that i shop with them and I will start going directly to the designer or amazon for my products. I try to patronize the local stores of the economy, but not when they don't care about their customers.

Journeys shi/journeys treating employees badly

My 16yr old daughter was employed at Shi by Journeys. Unfortunately her first job was a miserable experience and left her feeling physically ill some days. She was very excited for this job. She started working and from day 1 she was not given complete training at all. She didn't know what to do and was put on the floor immediately because other employees quit and they were short staffed. The manager changed her schedule on her last minute for almost every shift. Employees were fired and quitting on a weekly basis and at one point other then the manager she was the only employee there. Her manager gave her hard time about taking breaks but would make my daughter go and pick her up frozen yogurt and smoothies when she felt like it, a few times she sent my daughter out to return and buy things for her at other stores in the mall. She was constantly condescending and putting my daughter down. She made comments saying things like "I know you have a brain in there" and "you can't be that dumb" when it would get busy my daughter would be with customers and she would send her to work in the back and take the sale. My child would get stomach pains every time she had to work but she didn't want to leave because she committed to saving money. She finally walked out and quit after the verbal abuse became too much and when she walked in to journeys before going home the employee was already on the phone with th Shi store manager who told her my daughter quit who then turned to my daughter and said "if you get an attitude I can have you escorted out of the store" my daughter was bullied at this job regularly and I will never shop here again or not until there is a serious clean up of management. This behavior is disgusting and unacceptable, I don't understand how a company can give an uneducated 20 year old with no management experience or degree a position like this because it's apparent she doesn't know how to treat an employee or run a business at all. I will continue to spread the word about this treatment to the over 3000 people on my Facebook page and others I may encounter.

Journeys employee/ forcing me to get something that I didn't want

I've visited Journey's recently and I only wanted to buy shoes. The woman offered to give me shoe cleaner, and I declined 3 times. She kept hounding me until I said yes and made my purchase very uncomfortable. Although she offered the item at a discount I did not want it at all. She still insisted on trying to sell it. I want my money back and from now on I'll be ordering shoes either offline or when she's not in the store.

Journeys employee treatment

-Did not fully train me
-Talked disrespectfully behind my back during the whole time I have worked there seasonally
-Gave no constructive criticism
-Used vulgar language towards the customers behind their back
-Favoritism
-Unprofessional
Overall it was an unpleasant experience working at a place where they mislead you to think It will be a relaxed environment.

Journeys disappointed

Journeys customer service center turned my life into a nightmare! My boyfriend ordered a pair of ugg boots for me as a gift on Valentine's Day. I decided to return them back to the store because the size was absolutely incorrect. I was told that they didn't have my size in store, so I had to contact customer service online and ask for a replacement. I called customer service and was told that I can re-order, will get my boots in 35 days and that I have to send the wrong ones back. I agreed. A week later I decided to contact them again since I have not received any tracking information. The person on the phone told me that the order was cancelled, I was told to wait up to 12 days to receive refund! I'm extremely disappointed. I will never buy anything from this store again!

Journeys overcharging

Journeys asked me to pay a $15 fee to have my order sent to my son's address instead of mine. So I asked them to cancel the order, which had not yet been paid by my bank. They told me the order could not be cancelled.

Never have I dealt with an online site so inflexible and difficult to work with. Please avoid them.

Journeys I was fired for sexual harassment with no proof or justification

I was a Co manager at journeys. I had 4 managers in 4 months, I was not shown a pay plot. Basically I was not trained properly, I had 2 different stores in 2 months. I was fired for sexual harassment with no proof or justification. My district manager (JIM MYSLYNSKI) was not of much support. One of my managers said " I would not date outside of my race. Being of African American descent I felt that this statement was appalling as well as disgraceful. No one should have to suffer as much as I did for a company that prides itself on customer service. These things should not happen at a company and there is no room for these actions.

Journeys website have the incorrect sizing chart, it doesn't match the product's they dispense. I have tried to get shoes I purchased exchanged and them to pay for shipping cost's. But they ignore the situation. Also I had to go through International Checkout, who think that they are above the exchange rate's of countries and charge in country dollar from where you are purchasing goods from. What a rip off, what a waste of $351.

Myself Vibha from Aurangabad Maharashtra .Jukaso Journeys(A travel & tourism company) cheated INR37350 from me by provoking me to join their club.I paid INR37350 by my Card after they convinced me by colourful false promises & they told me that this amount is refundable in case I don’t want to proceed further. They told that I will receive welcome call in 10 days, but nothing happened we felt cheated and our vication plan was also spoiled, now I don’t want to go with their membership & want my money back . Now they are just refusing to pay my money back by different excuses. Agent name is Ritesh Rajan Patne(Mobile No- [protected]) who misguided me. Their Customer Care Lady Nidhi is regularly making excuses . Jukaso Journeys is totally fraud company which is cheating people

Journeys treatment of workers

Reasons-
-Will potentially not fully train you
-Will send you to manager your own store after a week and a half of training just to be a co manager (It's an eight week program)
-Will tell you something is ok to do then it turns out its against policy
-Fire you for not doing everything you were supposed to do even though you were never trained to do it
-Give you no hours as a part timer because the manager before didn't do a good enough job so you get blamed for it
-You quite and your check is MIA and no one knows where it is or what to do
-Will black list you with out giving you a real reason why
Journeys is a poor place to work, at least in Austin when the district manager is Brandon. This is not including other sister companies including Shii by Journeys and Journeys Kids.

Added onto this, I'm trying to get a job at Journeys Kids at a different mall, and Brandon is telling them not to hire me. I worked under hire for a week and he has never talked to me or met me.

Also my check is still MIA three weeks after I quit.

i totally agree! my dm was the same way, he approved me for a vacation and when i came back..no more job! and i was always being told to do this or dont do that even if before he was telling me to! he said i no called no showed after working there for over a year but i was approved for my vacation and never broke company policy then he put i quit when he really fired me.
