Joshua Doore - Russellsservice and no refund


I have been asking on a refund of mine from russels edenvale for over a week and a half now and I have not received great service as even point of sale was all a lie from themba the consultant. Please could I get this resolved asap.

I was told and reassured my goods will be delived on the 10th october from the 08th october and this had not happened.
Manager called me and ever since then noone takes my emails seriously or let alone respond to them from a week and a half ago.

I am now getting frustrated.
