Jordan's Furniture review: Chair - fix

I bought a sunbrella set from jordens in Nashua a year ago along with many other pieces of furniture and after less then one year the chair I bought looks like it came from a second hand store. I paid a lot of money for this chair and I believe it should have lasted several years. when I called and expressed my disappointed with the chair they offered to pay for half of the cousin are u kidding me. I thought jordens stood by the products they sold, trust me they don't. I have spent thousands of dollars at jordens and when u have a complaint they do nothing to fix it
