Joom Horrible a scam

I bought a mobile phone and when I received it, it was not charging and not switching on, I contacted support joom they wanted a proof I sent it to them and they said it was not convincing and now I have lost my my and I don't have the mobile which I paid for.

Joom Styling on a budget they have you covered

I love to accessorize. But on my income it's not always easy but this site can help you accessorize like a millionaire. And they have all kinds of things to choose from. Great place to find gifts as well. I love this site I could spend all day just looking. So if your balling on a budget they got you covered.

I love this website it has everything you could ever want and for a low price. I can accessorize any and every outfit I own and on my budget I didn't think I could ever afford to do that. They all the cutest and newest designs from hats to undergarments. The only downfall is shipping takes a long time. But shipping is free so definitely worth the wait. Keeps this mama styling...

Joom I didn't receive some of my orders, so I clicked on "No item not received

I didn't receive some of my orders, so I clicked on "No item not received." However, I received completely different items instead. I then filed a dispute on ComplaintsBoard.com because Joom only offered a 15% refund. When I showed them the proof with pictures, they restricted and limited my buyer account, preventing me from making future purchases.

Joom Unresponsive Customer Support Experience with Joom.com - Beware!

With regards to Joom (joom.com), the customer support experience leaves something to be desired. Unfortunately, in my attempts to resolve an issue with a purchase, my tickets have gone unanswered and any response I have received has suggested that the evidence I provided was sourced from the internet. In an attempt to improve the situation, I have provided my order ID, MG64V74N on a piece of paper to ensure it is not missed. Nonetheless, I have also initiated a chargeback claim and my bank has informed me that I should be able to recoup my funds. It is discouraging to see that the only course of action offered by Joom is to refer customers to a support_management email, as even this option has not resulted in anyone addressing my concerns. I am hopeful that my issue can be resolved quickly. If not, I will have to continue sharing my experience with others to prevent them from falling victim to this scam. I highly discourage individuals from purchasing from Joom and urge everyone to proceed with caution when dealing with this company.

Joom Unfortunate Experience with Joom: Fake Tablet, Poor Quality, Deceptive Product Descriptions, Unsympathetic Customer Service

I had an unfortunate experience with Joom (joom.com) recently. After purchasing a tablet, I was disappointed to find out that I had to pay for a customs check which ended up being quite costly. To make matters worse, the tablet itself turned out to be a fake device with poor quality plastics and minimal features.

According to the product description, the tablet was supposed to have a deca core Helios X20 processor, 6GB RAM and 64GB ROM, as well as a full HD display. However, what I received was a tablet with a quad-core 1.3GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of ROM, and a 0.3MP camera. Not only that, the device was running a version of Android KitKat that was falsely advertised as 8.1.

When I contacted customer service, I was met with a lack of transparency. The representative I spoke to only provided me with one reply per day, and even used a fake name. They informed me that they would only provide a refund if I broke the device and provided photographic evidence, but I would have to keep the parts until they processed the refund. It was frustrating having to go through all these hoops to try and get my money back.

To add insult to injury, Joom refused to refund me for the customs check that I had to pay despite the fact that the item was fake, bad quality and faulty. They should be held accountable for the customs fees because I was lured into buying a device with deceptive product descriptions and ended up being disappointed and out of pocket.

Overall, I would not recommend Joom as they do not provide quality products or reliable customer service. Their refund policies are also stringent and unsympathetic, making for a negative shopping experience.

Joom Joom.com Fraud Prevention System: A Frustration for Happy Customer

I recently purchased some items from Joom.com and overall, I was satisfied with my purchase. However, after my payment had gone through, Joom offered me a chance to spin the wheel. I was thrilled to receive a discount of 17%, so I decided to add more items to my cart. Unfortunately, when I tried to pay with my credit card, it was declined. I tried two more cards, both of which were also declined. I knew the issue wasn't with my credit card company because they had approved the transactions using 2-Step verification. To make matters worse, all three of my credit cards were being declined wherever I used them in the last 24 hours. I had to work hard to get them reactivated again, which was a lot of effort on my part.

It turns out that Joom interpreted my enthusiastic shopping as an attempt to commit fraud. I found this ridiculous and infuriating. Why would a happy customer wanting to make a purchase be labeled as a fraudster? I think Joom needs to reevaluate their system for flagging fraudulent purchases and improve the transparency when declining a card. They should inform customers that the declination was on their end and not suggest that there was an issue with the credit card itself, which could spare the customers the hassle of reactivating their cards. It's disappointing that a company with the potential to be a good online store would treat their customers in this manner.

Joom Beware of Joom: Fraudulent practices and fake products, a frustrating experience

I recently had a concerning experience with Joom (joom.com) and unfortunately it did not end well. Upon receiving what I believed to be a Sandisk flash drive, I quickly realized that the product was not authentic and in fact a fake item. The price on the envelope was a mere one dollar, which seemed suspiciously low for a flash drive with a capacity of 256GB.

As I began transferring my files onto the drive, I quickly discovered that its capacity was not as advertised. Of course, this was incredibly frustrating as I had invested in what I thought was a high-quality product. Upon further inspection, I noticed that a hologram sticker was attached to the bottom of the flash drive, reading 256GB. I peeled off the sticker only to uncover that the real capacity was scratched out, revealing a much smaller storage space.

Disappointed and having already opened a dispute on PayPal, I reached out to Joom for a refund. Unfortunately, their customer service left much to be desired. The experience is truly a shame as I was excited to try Joom, but the dishonesty and fraudulent practices of the company are a major red flag.

I urge others to avoid this company at all costs. Joom is a waste of time, and the sellers are anything but honest. I will be closing my account with them so as to not risk a similar issue in the future. Companies like Sandisk, who create high-quality products, should be aware of how their name is being tarnished by fraudulent companies like Joom. In short, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Joom.

Joom Joom.com Review: Frustrating Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I would like to share my experience with Joom (joom.com) and strongly advise you to think twice before placing an order with them. Joom originates from China and unfortunately, my personal experience with their delivery service has been a very frustrating one. After receiving a notification that my parcel has been shipped and is now in a safe location, I soon discovered that this was not the case, leading me to contact their customer service for assistance. Instead of being offered any reasonable solutions, I was simply told to check with my local post office in order to locate the parcel. However, as a customer, I found it quite confusing as I was not aware of which delivery service to expect. Furthermore, despite receiving a tracking number, it could not be traced through our traditional UK parcel delivery services like Royal Mail or Yodel. The tracking number only appeared to work if I checked on package Radar or Sun You. Unfortunately, due to the confusion caused by the delivery process, I ended up losing my money without receiving my order. It was incredibly frustrating to be told that the refund could only be processed once I had a letter from the post office. But again, the post office could not provide me with any written documentation as it had nothing to do with them. Overall, my first order experience with Joom was an unpleasant one, and I would not recommend it. Alternatively, I found Wish to be a more reliable choice, as they offer refunds if an item is not received, thus relieving any worries that come with online shopping.

Joom Joom.com Review: Poor Quality, Incorrect Sizing, and Disappointing Customer Service

Unfortunately, my experience with Joom (joom.com) has been less than satisfactory. Despite multiple orders, every single item arrived much later than expected and the quality was very poor. To add insult to injury, the sizes were nowhere near what was promised on the website. For instance, I once ordered an XL suit for my husband who has a 32-inch waistband, only to receive a product that was remarkably small and more fitting for my 9-year-old son. To make matters worse, their refund process takes a whopping 14 days, which is an unnecessarily long period. I am currently waiting for a refund for an item that was never delivered to me, and when I contacted their customer service representative via web chat - a person named Egor - I was met with sarcasm and an arrogant demeanor. To top it off, Egor claimed that the 14 days had not yet passed, which was simply not true as I explained that it had been 13 days and the refund would not clear on a Sunday. Unfortunately, the only advice I can offer is to steer clear of this business and perhaps opt for shopping at a charity shop or car boot sale instead, as the quality there is likely to be superior.

I wanted to share my experience with Joom.com, an overseas company that offers a wide range of products at what appears to be an affordable price. I recently purchased a doll for my daughter, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the description provided by the website. The doll was advertised as being made of soft silicone vinyl, but upon receiving it, I noticed that the limbs were crafted from a very firm, non-mobile plastic material.

Naturally, I reached out to the company to express my disappointment and inquire about a return or exchange. Unfortunately, the process was not straightforward. The customer service representative required me to send pictures for proof, and after providing those, they still were not satisfied and requested a picture of the shipping label. Finally, after multiple emails back and forth, I started to question whether this was just a delay tactic to prevent me from returning the item.

After being asked to send even more pictures and a video to showcase the firmness of the plastic, I felt very frustrated with the situation. I could not help but feel like this was some sort of scam, as their customer service did not seem to be interested in resolving my issue in a satisfactory manner.

Joom Buyer Beware: My Disappointing Experience with Joom

Recently, I decided to give Joom a try and placed an order for some items that were on sale plus I had a coupon. I was very excited to receive my package as I had a total of 11 items that I purchased the cost adding up to just under $400. However, soon after placing my order, I received a notification pop up that left me puzzled and quite angry. Here's what happened!

Joom charged me for all the items that I had placed in my order, individually, even though I expected the payment to be taken out all at once. To make matters worse, just a few days later, I received yet another notification that my entire order had been canceled and a refund was due to me within 7-14 days. I couldn't help but ask, "What the heck?"

So, after contacting customer service, the representative mentioned to me that they had experienced a "glitch". Apparently, it had something to do with the coupon that I used that had already expired and the sale that had already ended. They advised me to place a new order once I received the refund, which made me so annoyed. I thought that since I already paid for the items, I should be able to get the same sale prices.

When I asked if they could just cancel my refund and reorder everything I'd initially ordered so that I could keep the same prices, I was told that that wasn't possible. Honestly, I felt cheated, and at that point, I didn't even know if I would get my money back. In this day and age, it is disheartening to see a business operate in such a way, leaving their customers frustrated and feeling like they've been taken advantage of.

In conclusion, this incident left me highly disappointed, and I would advise others to exercise caution when using Joom. I'm still waiting to see if I will get my refund and if they'll stand by their word. For now, all I can say is, "BEWARE!"

Joom Joom.com Review: Unreliable Products and Lack of Responsibility

I recently made a purchase on joom.com and wanted to share my experience. Initially, I was thrilled with the price of the oximeter I found on their website. However, my excitement quickly dissipated when I received an estimated delivery time of one month, which seemed too good to be true. Unfortunately, my suspicions were confirmed when the arrival time was extended to 3 months.

When the item finally arrived in the UK, I was shocked to receive a letter from Royal Mail indicating that I needed to pay an additional fee of £8.50 on top of what I had already paid. When I contacted joom.com about this issue, they responded by saying that they were not responsible, which left me feeling very disappointed and frustrated.

As a customer, it is extremely concerning when a company does not take responsibility for the products and services they offer. I was disappointed that joom.com did not handle this situation well, and it has led me to seriously question the reliability of their website.

Overall, I would not recommend joom.com to anyone looking to purchase goods online. Though they may offer tempting discount codes, I believe that the risk is not worth it.
