Refund balance treatment funds
Hi, I have spent almost [protected] (I have all the SMS banking transaction) under Jonsson Protein, Subang Parade branch since December 2017. I'm requesting a balance refund on the unused treatments (according to the record still remaining 16 treatments) as since the current situation of COVID-19. Therefore, I'm asking for refund for the remaining unconsumed treatments value to cash terms instead of asking full refund. Plus, I have been in overseas now for a year plus and unable to back to Malaysia for the balance treatments. And there are still plenty of treatment packs left with me unused yet in Malaysia.
However, the company is not understandable on the situation. I had paid for services to charge as well but I need to do the treatment by myself which is not fair on paying the amount of money. And for now, I have been left out long not doing treatment as I have been stuck in oversea.
I'm just asking for the balance treatments value to refund in cash/banking money to me instead of giving me products which some products are allergy to me. I really hope the company may kindly cooperate as I would not be in Malaysia in this short terms.

I purchased my treatment package in June 2016, with the guarantee letter that states “Money refund if no reasonable result”. Religiously going for the treatment for a year and the bold spots are still fairly bold, hardly few weak strands growing. I approached the Subang Parade outlet manager Steph who sold the package to me for a refund but she has been avoiding me, not picking up my calls with the reason that she has left the company. I approached the new Manager Kelly and she just keep giving excuses that the hair specialist has not time to see me, hair specialist busy in Singapore. I have been contacting them since 10th July 2017 with many phone calls but they keep ignoring me. Kelly has not called me till now.
Dated back since last year Dec, I have been requested to see the hair specialist as I saw that the hair growth was pathetic. Steph had been saying that the hair specialist was busy. Month after month the same excuse.
Jonsson Protein should honour the refund guarantee.
