Hello Jollychic!!!
Last Saturday I ordered some clothes and then I had to leave the contry the next day and I got a text from Jollychic that says I have to confirm the order in order for it to proceed and if I didn't it will automatically be canceled. Keep in mind that I DID NOT confirm I really DID NOT. I don't understand how this prestigious online shopping application decides for me. I want my order to be canceled immediately as I will not take any responsibility in paying for something that I don't want anymore. My COD order is JI181125061043402946120. Please be kind enough to help me cause honestly I just don't want you guys to come to my house and find no one .

    Jollychic is a fraud I have been cheated the stuff is suck and horrible and even openly cheating in website they'll show as free but after u bill u'll see u'll be charged. If ask for refund she's showing fake account and Rob 75 percent of your money it's been 3 months now I didn't receive my order yet out of 15 products I received on 2 dirty stinky damaged shirts don't believe the pics on the website they r fake the stuff they deliver is horrible and worthless

    Dears Jollychic,

    Kindly I wanna share with you my very bad experience with Jollychic
    As I ordered shipment by 22nd of November and before making the order I contacted the customer service in ksa to ask about the time of delivery and after asking me about my country he confirmed that It will take maximum 20 days
    Then after confirming the order I checked the order tracking and I knew that as per the tracking I should receive the order by 6th of December
    Until now I didn’t receive the order
    I tried to contact Jollychic through phone or email but no body is welling to help
    There is lady called Ruba replying by the same email wording each time I am emailing her
    And each time talking to the phone they promise me that they will take an action within 48 hrs and will contact me back with no response
    Actually it is very bad and annoying way to deal with your customer as you will gonna lose the customer trust as long as you aren’t committed
