Jollmall - Disastrous Experience with Jollmall: No Delivery, No Notification, and Poor Customer Service

So, here's the deal. I've been waiting for my stuff from Jollmall for a long time, and it never showed up. Can you believe that? I mean, what kind of service is that? To top it off, I got no notification that my order had been cancelled! I was genuinely cheesed off!

I tried following up with them, but it was as easy as getting blood out of a stone. Honestly, I think they don't care about their customers. It is just a waste of money. I want my cash back, stat.

In summary, my experience with Jollmall was a complete disaster. I would never recommend it to anyone. They gotta sort their act out!
