Gold Coast Acura

I got a 2018 Acura Tlx from Gold Coast Acura on May 30. I paid all the licensing, registration, and taxes when I bought it. But, it's now August 26, and I still haven't received my registration. I called the dealership, and they said they would check and call me back. But they never did. I waited a week and called again on September 4. They told me the same thing. This time, a salesman called me back and said not to worry because my registration doesn't expire until September 30. They said the lady who handles the DMV paperwork would call me soon. But, again, I never heard back from them.

On October 11, I went to the dealership in person and talked to the office manager and the lady who handles the DMV paperwork. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, they came back and told me there was a problem with the title. They said they never received it from Acura. So, the car I'm driving has expired tags and no front license plate, and it's not even in my name. This is a big issue, especially because I'm in a military institution, and they don't like that. They assured me they would handle it as soon as possible and understood my frustration. They said they would call or email me within a week.

It's been almost two months now, and I still haven't heard from them. It's getting to the point where I won't be able to drive the car I paid almost $30,000 for to work until they fix this.
