J.ING The transaction date of my order was 9/18/22

The transaction date of my order was 9/18/22. I didn't receive a thing until the end of November. November 7th I asked them where my order is/ what's the status. They assured me half my order was ready and 3 items were missing. They shipped separately and said they would send me the rest of my order which never happened. I'm now asking for a full refund of $203.98. They don't respond to you unless you send a message on ***, they never get back to you via their customer service email either. It is now December and I'm fighting them for a full refund for this inconvenience! The fact that they don't respond and say they are taking care of things when they are not is a scam. The whole experience has been fraudulent. They never get back you and blame it on time zone / festivals etc. they responded today and said that my refund was going through an approval process but via email they asked for my *** account and said that finance was going to give me a refund for the items that never got shipped to me, which one is it? Who is running this business? Again, I want all my money back not just for the 3 items for the entire order. This is extremely unfortunate, it's December and I'm dealing with an order from September, it's absurd! Please stop this business from doing this again! Emails below: Your order *** has been confirmed on 09/18/2022. Your order should be shipped between 09/24/2022 and 09/29/2022 (PST) Nov 7, 2022 I ask where's my order Nov 9, 2022 - they say 3 items are out of stock, they tell me I'll receive half my order and that they will cancel the out of stock items and refund me Nov. 15 - I send *** info. Nov 16th - they respond JING Customer Care Team 2 (J.ING Customer Care) Nov 16, 2022, 11:03 GMT+8 *** Thank you for all your information! The finance department will expedite the processing of your refund Thank you for your patience*** Now they have stopped responding completely until today! Dec 7th!

I have two orders placed in December/2022 and another in January/2023 and so far I have not received either the purchases or the money

I purchase an order # [protected] on 6/7/23. It is 8/10/23 now, and the package is still not shipped. In addition, the customer service is blocking my message, and they never got back to me regarding my order.

I sent so many emails and placed an order on the website, but no one replied!

It has been 2 weeks since I placed the order, the item was not shipped and no one replied to my emails!
