These Three Boutique

Me and my daughter we order from These Three Boutique a lot. They got super cute stuff, prices that won't break the bank, and their customer service is top-notch. I totally recommend them!

I ordered from this company for the first time ever. My order cost around $142, plus an additional $6 for shipping. Unfortunately, none of the items fit me properly and the quality was extremely poor. They were even shipped in plastic bags that they received from China. I asked for a full refund, but they informed me that they only offer store credit and I would have to pay for another shipping to return the items. I have no intention of ever doing business with this company again and I demand a full refund. I simply tried on the clothes as I would if I were at a physical store. It's ridiculous that they only provide store credit. This is a poor business strategy and they have completely lost me as a customer.

I've been meaning to order from this shop for so long. I finally did and I'm so satisfied with my order! It got here super fast and after trying everything on, I can't wait to place another order!

This boutique is amazing! Their clothes are super cute and beautiful, and the staff is really professional. I'll definitely keep shopping here! I would give them 5 stars all around, and if I could, I'd give them even more stars because they totally deserve it! I love this boutique and the people who work there. It's an A+++++ business!

I bought some clothes from this boutique. The clothes are cute, but if something doesn't work for you, you have to pay to send it back. They make a lot of money, so I don't get why they can't give prepaid return labels. It cost me a lot to ship a dress back. I won't shop here again.

I've been ordering from These Three for years! Like, probably 6 years. I've had nothing but great service, and the girls reply super fast if there's any issues. I recommend them to all my friends and family! I'll keep shopping here forever! Oh, and their customer service is way better than most online boutiques.

Just wanted to give a heads up. If the stuff doesn't fit or isn't what you expected, the return policy is a real pain. You gotta pay for your own shipping and all you get is store credit. It's like they're forcing you to buy more things that might not even work out, and it's all on the customer's dime. It's a hassle, and honestly, I don't recommend shopping here.

I've had a few order problems (totally my fault 100%) & they always respond fast and fix it. They always prioritize the customer and make sure shopping is easy. I bought a cheetah skirt for my daughter for Christmas, but it didn't fit and the material was really cheap for the price. I paid for return shipping and sent it back. I've sent emails, messages, and even commented and tagged the business in their own posts, asking for someone to contact me about my return. Nobody has answered or responded. My comments on their post just get ignored. There are so many amazing boutiques out there where customers are treated better, so I recommend buying from one of them instead.

I've ordered a lot of stuff from this boutique and I've always been super happy! The stuff usually comes earlier than I thought, and the free shipping is awesome. Every time I wear something from These Three, people always ask me where I got it cause it's so cute and they can't find it anywhere else. I kinda wanna keep it a secret, but I always end up telling them anyway :) I hardly ever go shopping in actual stores anymore cause I never find anything I like, but I can always count on this boutique. I'm so excited for the new spring/summer stuff that's coming out soon! Can't wait!

We've been buying from These Three for a few years now. We've never been let down. Actually, These Three is both of my daughter's favorite boutique! One time, we bought a dress that was the "deal of the day." I got a small size, but they only had a medium size. It was a simple mistake online. They got in touch with me, said sorry for the mistake, and gave me a few choices. In the end, they gave me a refund for that part of the purchase. Couldn't be happier with the quality of their clothes and customer service. Thanks These Three for having such cute clothes at a good price.

I've been a customer at this boutique for years. The last order I placed didn't arrive at my house. The company had terrible professionalism through email and their customer service wasn't good! All they did when I told them my package wasn't delivered was file a claim with USPS, which I couldn't do because they didn't put insurance on it. As a small business owner myself, I know it's important to always make things right with the customer, but they don't seem to have that mindset. There's no proof of delivery to my current address, the only proof anyone has is that the package made it to my city and nothing more. I would've been much happier if they were willing to help me, give some store credit or a coupon for my next purchase. But now I'm out the money and the item.

Be careful when ordering from this boutique. The clothes look good on the models, but the quality doesn't match what you see online. They say their photos aren't professionally edited, but my photographer friends compared the online images to what I received, and they all said they're not using raw images. It can be misleading. The quality looks cheap, no matter what they say. Their return policy is ridiculous, and they won't give a full refund to your original payment. Just because it's the same for everyone doesn't make it right. Other stores may have similar policies, but I don't shop at those stores either. I'll never shop at an online boutique that doesn't offer full refunds. It's like stealing money from customers. I threw away 2 sweaters I ordered because they didn't match the pictures online, and I didn't want to deal with the difficulty of finding something else with store credit. Please do better and show some understanding. ***.
