Jiffy Lube review: Tire fell off

A few weeks after I had my tires rotated the front passenger tire fell off while driving on the beltway. One of the lug nuts snapped off and the rest of them fell off slowly one by one without me noticing then the whole tire came off. Jiffy Lube was the last person to touch my tires, and this has never happened to me before. I have emailed the shop and they are saying it's not their fault, and then again asking for a supervisor name and number with no response to that. This is obvious the fault of Jiffy Lube store # 00101, and they do not want to fork over the money I had to pay for towing and getting my jeep fixed. If a company rotates your tires and then they fall off a few weeks later, it would be common sense to see who is at fault here. Attached are all the pictures
