2 Broken handicapped Exit and entry doors to the outside in the arrival terminal one was Door number D which is meant for handicapped And elevator in the center of the arrival floor I witnessed the same broken elevator one and a half years ago when I used JFK facilities The management, I believe is not addressing these problems in a timely manner which is unacceptable
Desired outcome: Repair these problems immediately because they are used by handicap people on a daily basis
