Please find to follow complaint regarding Flight JQ0401, Departure 27th August

at 06.00 am Airline reference PJVHHM. Coolangatta-Gold Coast terminal 2 Domestic Departure time [protected]:00 Passenger Wendy Foran Arrival time [protected].25

Baggage area for pick up as indicated on board waited for long duration, on enquiring with staff on the ground was advised to go to other area, again long duration of no baggage, then by staff sent back to original area again waiting, from there I attended Jetstar service desk NO ONE in attendance for long duration, the staff at next door airline contacted a representative eventually airport staff person arrived and contacted Jetstar desk persons to attend. From there filled out paperwork in relation to baggage claim, was advised it would be couriered, that day to address I was staying at Blue Mountains, I advised staff I was attending a function that day and also had in my luggage medication.

Luggage did not arrive for my clothing to attend function, or take daily medication, being for Heart, chemo drug, and nebulizer, asthma preventative.

But most upsetting was my clothing to attend function that day. The reason I choose the 06.00am flight was to ensure my time arriving at Blue Mountains

for attendance and time to get ready. Next contact from Jetstar was that baggage would arrive 6am next day, it did not arrive until 12.30 on Saturday.

The function was on Friday. Jetstar staff at desk were aware that 6 bags had been left behind, this being the case why was NO announcement made to us.

to informing us that this was the case, Also the given should have been someone to be available at Jetstar desk to assist and inform. So much time spent seeking assistance, making my expected arrival time at Blue Mountains some 2 hours behind. I am 71yr old, this was very exhausting. I await your reply.

Also, would like to add on booking flight I had a problem using my flybys points, I contacted Jetstar out of hours, and they were unable to assist with any fly bye problems.
