I purchased a Sunset Yellow Cardigan and upon opening the package, I discovered a large red stain on both the front and back of the blouse. As a result, I was unable to wear it for a special occasion, which was incredibly frustrating and disappointing given the occasion.
I am deeply concerned that such a noticeable flaw was not caught by Jessica London before the item was shipped.
When I called Jessica London’s Customer Service Center, the agent didn’t bother to apologize but informed me that I was sent a return label to return the item. The agent didn’t seem to care or offer any compensation for the poor experience or inconvenience. When I asked to speak to a supervisor and/or manager, the agent repeatedly told me no one was available. The agent placed me on hold 4 times but never returned with a supervisor nor would she provide me a reference number for our interaction.
I will mostly likely cancel this account, and I would not recommend this store to family, friendly or colleagues.
