Jeffree Star Cosmetics I got the spring Mystery box and it was stolen or never delivered

I got the spring Mystery box and it was stolen or never delivered. So I called USPS and filled a claim as well as got in contact with Jeffrey *** Customer service team. The USPS was just really like we delivered! And asked me to leave them a review of how it was all handled. Needless to say I did and it wasn't a good one! After z few back and forth emails the Jeffery *** Team made it all better for me! I was ecstatic! I live the brand it's amazing product! Most of my makeup if Jeffery!

I don't know what's going on with This company anymore. I used to love *** Cosmetics. I would constantly purchase makeup form new launches. Shipping was decent. Usually took 3-5 days to ship. The last order I made will be my last. I ordered $140 worth of makeup, only for it to never ship after two+ weeks. I asked when it might ship and no one has an answer for me. Not even letting me know of things I night were sold out causing the hold up. They basically just forgot to fulfill my order. And it seems to be a common thing based on the comments on this website. The customer service rep was responsive and quick giving me a refund. That's the only reason I'm giving them two stars. Otherwise, I'm taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Ordered all the mystery boxes. A single artistry shade was broken on delivery! Contacted customer service a representative replied within 10 minutes, I sent photo they asked for sand within another 5 minutes I had a new shipping number and the representative told me they we out of stock on that shade but sent a replacement! So happy for fast response and letting me know they had to change the color so I didn't get it and not know! Very friendly, fast, efficient, and care about their customers.

JSC has done me proud. I order a some items from [censored]ed collection and my mail lady delivered to wrong address and couldn't be recovered I followed all procedures that JSC required which was very easy and with the quickness they issued a new items. JSC will always and forever have my business. My daughter will get her JSC items for her sweet 16.

Recently I purchased my dream lippies, but I realized that I just couldn't justify purchase due to my financial situation, getting a smog n tags for my 24 yr old car. I sent an email and asked to sadly cancel the order. In tears. I left it to fate, if they ship it or cancel it. Customer service got back to me asap, canceled the order and sent me 2 emails and a text informing me. Honestly I was so relieved, sad but glad. I know I can purchase at another time but I needed my money back now. Customer with JSC is perfection! love them!

Excellent service by Namdevta, i sent a message in regards to my order that was taking a while to be shipped and she responded to me within 24 hours and helped me with my concerns instantly and had all the right answers to my questions. I think people that take pride in their job and put in effort need to be recognised and appreciated more! Applauds to Namdevta. Keep it up gurl!

I absolutely adore *** and his makeup line. Consistently the best eyeshadow ever. Great customer service. Everyone needs to leave him the F alone, everybody makes mistakes, sorry that yours weren't on camera so people could pull em out at you later. He's a good person and a good businessperson and his makeup is top of the line.

I used the service of this cosmetic company twice. I myself live in Poland. The first time my order was delivered quickly and without any problems, but the second one disappeared on the way to Europe. I liked that after my appeal to the seller with the problem of not receiving the parcel, the case was quickly considered and the purchase was sent again. Which I received in the promised delivery time without any problems. Product quality is high! I recommend this manufacturer!

My black piggy side bag came in and the chain snapped when I picked it up from the box. My teddy sweater came in with holes at the seams It cost $63.19 just for the Teddy Sweater and all they could offer was 10$ & to keep the sweater as a refund. I know that is probably company policy but I'm sure they can spare 30$ instead of 10$. Overall the make up is great but DO NOT waste your time on FASHION OR ACCESSORIES they are made CHEAP.

I thought one of the lip gloss sticks was split but it was actually the design lol whoops. Customer service were quick to reply to my email & explain that. All the products received from the US to me - in Australia have been absolutely top quality! I'm hooked!

Amazing customer service. Had an issue with shipping to Australia (lack of scanning and sitting in customs for weeks) and JSC team were very helpful. First time buying from the JSC website but own a few products that I can buy locally (Australia) and absolutely love everything I have bought. Can't wait to buy another mystery box.

Jeffree Star Cosmetics Hello, me again

Hello, me again...I forgot to mention how carefully and beautifully wrapped my items have all come. Carefully wrapped in tissue or bubble wrap. I love the pallette cases, especially the ones shaped like spring loaded boxes. They all have mirrors and an extra clear plastic sleeve to protect the pots. There has usually been extra tissues separating the additional items ordered per box. The actual product viles for lips/glosses are also very beautiful. I have ordered doubles of all the palletes I have used so far! Obsessed! I always receive a swift response to my emails.

Best quality of makeup you could ever buy in your life! Beautiful and worth it! Everything came shipped so nicely wrapped and protected! I did receive the wrong color of a product and emailed them as soon as I opened it and found out and I was responded to in minutes! My issue was resolved completely within 6 hours! All the way to the confirmation email of a new order and new product being processed for shipping at no cost to me! The customized service team was amazing and prompt and so kind! Have always been a fan and watched videos of products and tutorials and finally made the jump to buy, and they now have a customer in me FOR LIFE!

Anytime I have had a question, customer service was prompt and amazing. Recently I had a product delivered that was damaged. Not only were they quick to respond and to rectify the issue, they checked in to make sure everything was ok and if I had any other needs. *** has high standards and it shows with his employees. I wish every customer service personnel had the level of communication skills his employees do. They go above and beyond to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchases. I've spent $300 on two separate orders with *** cosmetics one order is missing and one order of came damaged I was told to send photos with packing slip for record to file a claim with shipping department and get me going on a replacement keep in mind I've waited over a month for these items they finally respond back and let me know that I have to send the damaged pallets to them wait for them to process it and then at that time I will get a replacement so I'm gonna have to wait another month most likely after spending $300 and now I'm trying to figure out what the *** is gonna happen with my missing order I'm sure nothing because it seems like they are very deceptive with words never again will I spend money with jstar

They cancelled both mine and my granddaughters order when only one was supposed to be cancelled. They Wouldn't make it good. Had no reason to cancel my granddaughters. It goes to show that the person Alex who was doing the emails and cancellations did not read the order confirmation number or else he would have known what he was doing. It was over 237.00 worth of make up etc. that was on sale. Now, they will not give her the makeup at the price that she was paying for it. Tried to call, not a working number...only an answering machine. Very very disappointed in this company after how much money we spend with them. Not ever again and I will make sure all know this. My granddaughter and myself have lots of friends who use this make up.

My last order placed arrived with a concealer missing from the shipment. The order form had it listed as included, but I double checked all the tissue paper and it was not there. I immediately sent an email about it. 2 days later got a reply that because it was listed on the order form it had to be scanned and therefore included in the box. There was no tampering done from the post office so I'm not going to make a claim through them. I have spent hundreds of dollars on his makeup. I am not trying to scam and get a free product. I just want what I paid for. They are going to do nothing about it, which really irritates me. As a result of them not making a mistake right, they will no longer receive my business which stinks because I'm a big fan of his makeup.

I bought a highlighter from *** and I received it broken. When I contacted the company, I was instructed to take a picture of the product and the packing slip and send it to them, so I did so. A couple of days later, they emailed me back and told me I needed to fill out the attached form and sign it. When I told them I didn't have access to a computer, they told me to download an editing app and send it to them that way. When I told them I was unable to do that, they told me they can't give me a refund. First, they told me I only needed to send a picture of the damaged product and the packing slip, then all of a sudden I need to fill out a form and sign it. They should be more accommodating to people who don't have the technology to send them a form. Do not buy from them. They are a scam.

Jeffree Star Cosmetics I am extremely unhappy with ***'s customer service

I am extremely unhappy with ***'s customer service. I order a bunch of Halloween mystery boxes that never arrived... tracking states that it was delivered but I never received my order. I contacted my local usps and they were unable to resolve my issue. Ultimately deciding my order was either delivered to the wrong address or stolen. I made customer service aware of this issue and after a lot of back and forth they had me sign a document stating I didn't receive my order for claim purposes. Now almost a month after signing this customer service has not responded on next steps and has completely ignored all of my emails. I am out hundreds of dollars of what was supposed to be Christmas presents. I don't understand how a company can treat a customer so poorly. I advise everyone to shop elsewhere for makeup this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever gone through.

I've been pleased with everything I've ever purchased. His makeup is high quality and shipped pronto! Also, customer service is very pleasant and quick to answer questions. I'm especially pleased with the Mystery Box! I was drawn to ***'s avant garde goth ideas for makeup so delicately flashy and protean bacchanal. And, I didn't know what to expect from the box because a lot of brands will send you their leftovers so I figured if most of what I get is a few stray blue lipsticks so be it. However, *** proved to be a generous androgynous mid-January Santa! Needless to say, I was thrilled! Thrilled! The lipsticks alone would have made it worth my investment but I also received a huge eyeshadow palate and a lot of other things as well ~ in shades that I could use as a mom all with the intricate blending of pigmentation that seems to be his hallmark! And the shirt is dreamy soft and well made. I just LOVE his products!

I ordered from *** Shane Dawson collection the lip gloss. I received it on July 13 I used the gloss twice after receiving it. I went to use it again in August and the bottle had leaked even through the bottle was close all the way. The top of the applicator broke off as well. I contacted ***'s Customer Service team. They had me take pictures and then told me there is nothing they can do. This product had previously been complained about as the dye pools at the bottom leaving this blackish material at the bottom. For what it is a lip gloss it was costly for what it is. But I bought this to spoil my self for my birthday. What a total disappointment. *** claims his customer service is the best his products is a very Boojie brand and that he stands behind his products. When the truth of the matter is when really it is all hype and fancy advertising with real no core values of what all companies should do value your customers. Quality matters!

I wish I could give this a 0. Anyway I ordered the 420 merchandise and I've tried contacting customer service for about a few weeks trying to see if it's going to ship soon. While all the responses I got were " were working hard to get your things out! So I finally asked for a refund and got a email back saying " your money was refunded due to some Fraud at checkout, so I replied back and asked why I was never notified and why did they keep saying to wait longer! 2 DAYS later the response was " Thank you for confirming your address and your things will be shipped out! I then replied back " I never confirmed anything and I'd love to speak to a manager. It's been a week already and the last email that was sent was my refund will be fully be in my account within 3-5 days I've never had a problem with this site. I've been ordering his makeup for a while now and I'm obsessed. However I will not be going back to this one. The CSRs don't know how to communicate and seems like they really don't care. It's a shame too because I've ordered ALOT of things in a short time! Just to be let down

Jeffree Star Cosmetics I have made a total of 3 orders since May 22,2020 and neither orders have been delivered/received

I have made a total of 3 orders since May 22,2020 and neither orders have been delivered/received. My first order was placed on May 19,2020- order number is SC5574380 - "tracking" number is *** "shipped" on June 2,2020. It is not June 10,2020 and my order is still not received. Items in this order include a pack of pink lipstick displays, a black liquid lipstick in weirdo, a highlighting pallet- brain freeze, and 3 lip glosses: sickening, irredescent throne, and socery in addition to a hand mirror. Order total was $177.46. Second and third orders placed on May 22,2020. Order number for the first order placed is JSC5597806- "tracking number is *** "shipped" on Monday June 8,2020 however tracking shows that the label was created on the 29th of May. Items in this order are an eyeshadow pallet "cremated" and two lip glosses "heaven's gate and six feet under" total for this order was $114.28 My third and final order was also placed on May 22,2020. Order number is ***. "tracking" number is *** "shipped" on Tuesday June 9,2020 however tracking shows that the label was also created on the 6th of June. Total for this order was $133.91. No update on the first order- I emailed a total of 3 times and all I get are general/automated responses. I also already put in a claim with USPS but that is no help either.

I purchased the Orgy mini eye shadow palette last Christmas and was informed a replacement was going to be sent out with no action needed on my part. The palette I have is crumbling and cracked. I have emailed following up multiple times with no response. I simply want the replacement as promised in the emails from Jeffree star cosmetics.

I ordered a palette from Jeffrey star cosmetics the last December 23rd, I pay for the product and shipping, the website said that it could take up to 10 business days to process, but it has been 14 days and no one wants to answer me or tell me where is my palette, they still haven't processed and everytime I contacted them, they responded with an automated email saying that they are working on it, always the same response. Because they are taking so long, the person that I was going to gift this palette will be gone, she will be back in spain and the palette is for her, that means that I will have to ship the pallete to spain once I receive it. It is expensive to ship to spain. As much as I like Jeffrey star products I have to say that they are very irresponsible, and have very poor customer service.

Collection Delivery:I ordered $404 worth of product, i ordered the new [censored]ed collection and a soft touch mirror for it to not ever arrive to my door. Now the situation is tricky so please let me explain: I emailed jsc stating that the package to begin with did not get sent to the correct address. I took it upon myself to get package shipped from wrong address to correct one. I did receive an email stating mascara's would be mailed seperately. Upon reaching out to jsc i expressed the entire situation and solely asked if a discount could be provided due to the fact that i will have to repurchase this entire order all with my own money because *** refuses to be of any assistance. I don't believe that any of the customer service reps thoroughly read my concerns because they were trying to hurry up and transfer me to shipping because they were under the assumption that i was missing products out of the package i received when in fact i never received it to begin with. The customer service rep then proceeded to end interaction after my further explanation. At this point and suffering i believe that jsc should replace my order after being treated extremely unfairly. If my concerns were taken into consideration we would be at a different conclusion. I don't think it is fair for me to pay $404 for absolutely nothing and then to not be taken care of when i do speak up!

I ordered a deluxe and mini mystery box. (Order #JSCXXXXXXX) It never arrived. When I wrote JSC they told me to file a claim with UPS and then they would be able to assist me with either getting a new Package sent or a refund. I did exactly that and sent them proof. They then begin saying I needed to fill out some other form because they needed a signature saying I didn't receive the first package which I was totally okay with but every time they "sent" the form it just didn't appear in my email. They told me to open the email from a different device or to try to reloading it on my phone, which I did, but there was absolutely no attachment. So they "sent" it again. I am just so beyond frustrated because I spent over $130 and didn't receive what I paid for and now I'm being given the run around. It's insane. I've never had an issue like this. I filed the claim with UPS yet they STILL HAVE NOT HELPED like they said they would.

I ordered summer mystery boxes along with a beach ball. The one box that was supposed to have 8 items is missing almost half. The tape wasn't tampered with on the box, I contacted customer support and they blamed DHL and canada post. But the packaged wasn't tampered with, even the weight listed is wrong. 11 lbs for my package when it should weight under 6. They won't reply to my latest email. I've spent so much money on their site and I just want what I paid for. I haven't had a issue with past boxes but this one suprised and upset me.

I did not receive my full pink religion collection and emailed the company for help. I was told that I was lying because my package weighed over 7 pounds when it left the facility but the carrier weighed my package and it was only 4 pounds. I provided proof to the company by emailing them screenshots and never got a response from them. I am being forced to pay 230 dollars more than what I received and they are not willing to send me the rest of my order or willing to compensate me the money for failing to provide me my full order. I specifically am missing 12 lipsticks, a hand mirror, and a setting mist. All together I only received 2 put of the 16 items I was promised.

I ordered 152$ worth of products from Jeffree Star Cosmetics last year (Order number #JSCXXXXXXX). However, due to the pandemic, I had to leave the country before I could get my products and I was just recently back. When I opened my package I saw that half of the items I ordered were missing (I ordered 4 products and two of them were missing. This is 70$ worth of product). There was also no invoice in the box. After contacting customer service and explaining the issue all they did was sending me an automatic message twice that said they can't give me a refund or send the missing products because so much time passed. I literally had to leave my college and the country because of a global pandemic, so there was nothing I can do. I would have understood their point if I was trying to exchange an item, but they literally didn't send me stuff I paid for. They keep sending me the exact email and I can't contact anyone.

I purchased the valentines supreme mystery box and was missing the burgundy crossbody bag and the refused to help me. I contacted them for the first time on February 7th the same day I received it and I didn't get a reply then again a week after still no reply then I finally contacted them for the 3rd time on February 23 and I finally got a reply. I explained to them that after looking through my boxes I realized I was missing the mystery box exclusive burgundy crossbody bag. They asked me to send photos and that they would look in to it so they could assist me. Then on the 23rd they got back to me just to tell me. Our team has gone through extensive measures to ensure the accuracy of fulfillment. As these boxes were completed on a manufacturing level, they were fulfilled as one item and quality checked before shipment. In the event you feel your package was tampered with or damaged, We suggest filing a claim with your local carrier. I don't understand how they except me to file a complaint with the carrier when the box didn't look tampered with what so ever and the photos prove it. What the point of making me go out of my way to gather everything and send photos if they're not even trying to make anything right. It seems like they just don't care about their customers. It was my first time ordering from here and after this experience I will never be ordering from here again.

Since it was a Buy One, Get one free promotion I ordered 14 items but when i got my order confirmation it says 13 instead of 14. I wanted it to be resolve before my order ships so I emailed the customer service, June 6, minutes after I placed my order JSCXXXXXXX and got a reply from *** immediately on june 7, and said that since I reach a maximum quantity only 2 per item, which I didn't know until I got the reply since I've been ordering and didn't get notified or blocked from purchasing more than 2 quantities of JSC item and he replied the order WILL BE BLOCKED BY THE STORE, AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED AND I'll REFUNDED. so i thought my 3 orders during the BOGO #JSCXXXXXXX, # JSCXXXXXXX & #JSCXXXXXXX WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED & BE REFUNDED. but my orders were delivered to me. I emailed back Mr. when my orders were delivered but no response so I emailed back that I will send back the items but they did not agree to send me a RETURN LABEL

I bought some mystery boxes from them. One of the boxes I spent *** and it was missing 3 items, I contacted the business they basically said I'm lying they wouldn't make that mistake. There was no invoice in my box proving that it wasn't double checked before shipment. They will not refund or resend the items! To call me a liar is unacceptable. And usps says I can't file a claim cuz the business didn't put insurance on it like they say they do.

I ordered over 11 mystery boxes from his Summer collection I didn't receive two of those boxes. I reached out to them and advised them I haven't heard back from the yet. However reading about how they handle refunds and not giving you what your missing and ring unprofessional and calling you a liar I am doing my due diligence in making sure I get what I ordered and also making sure I protect myself. I have ordered from him once before it was precovid and y items can fine. But after reading about this company and how they handle and conduct business I am afraid I will be out of $200+ dollars.

Jeffree Star Cosmetics Received a damaged palette

Received a damaged palette. Want a refund or a new one. I bought the blood money palette along with 2 extreme frosts. I received my package and the palette was damaged. I sent a picture right away to customer service via email. I received a response quite promptly to send a pic with the invoice. I sent that and I was advised I would need to send my palette back and they would send me a return label. I advised I need it mailed as I do not have a printer. Before that I raised concern that I would have to mail something back when at this moment I do not have a car to drive to the post office. Back to the return label, they advised they can only send that through email. I advised I wanted a supervisor and then communication ceased. I also states I would contact ComplaintsBoard.com. Up until the point I wanted a supervisor the communication was consistent. Now it's been a few days and nothing. I wanted to allow time for a supervisor to review. I do not think it is fair that I have to be further inconvenienced to have to send a palette back and buy a printer to have the emailed label printer. The palette is broken. Sending it back to the warehouse does what for the company? They can not resell it. I wouldn't be too upset with that practice if it was consistent. I am on a Facebook group where not everyone is required to sent their damaged item back and they are either refunded or their item is replaced.

I purchased a medium sweatshirt (order # JSCXXXXXXX) on 12/20. I received it 1/2. I've been trying to reach any sort of customer service to reply to my replies various times. I asked multiple times for a discounted or free shipping label to return my product because it was too small and JSC doesn't do exchanges (they supposedly burn the product which is so wasteful and hard to really believe). After being told no, I decided to ship it back on my own dime because I needed the refund sooner than later. I shipped it back on 3/31 for $15.06, and I sent in another email asking if they would refund either the $14.59 it took to even ship TO me or the $15.09 it took to ship BACK. They said they can't do anything. So I basically threw $30 out the window on shipping costs. I also need my refund back on the sweatshirt once they receive it. I've purchased SO many products over the years from them too, but never will I purchase again as they simply don't care about their customers.

Paid $170 for an Clarke (none 420) supreme box. I was told 6-12 day shipping almost 12 days in, still remaining unfulfilled. I am a returning JSC customer. I own their limited edition Christmas lip gloss set, blood lust palette, halloween mirror, jawbreaker mini, and even their clear gloss. I placed an order on April 2nd at 1258pm (while at work) to buy a XL supreme box. I have relentlessly been trying to buy one since December but they always leave some of us empty handed (which I understand) however between the past of PayPal, JSC.com constantly crashing, I thought I had a shot this time around since it seemed no one was buying them. People in NY, Washington and CA have received theirs and are revealing contents. April 19 marks the 12th day for shipping as expected. I'm still here saying $170 for a mystery box I still haven't received that is STILL REMAINING UNFULFILLED. This is outrageous. I messed customer service on the 6th and was told they said 6-12 days in the confirmation email. Mine went to junk mail so I had no idea. I even messaged back tonight to see if I could get an answer. There are others on his Facebook even asking where their extreme boxes are at.

I contacted customer service and was told to email them photos of what I received and to print my original email confirming my order. I did that and they will not help me.

On 26. March I ordered 2 items from Jeffree Star Cosmetics, they were shipped, but never arrived. Order Number: ***. Tried to contact the postal service here, about the whereabouts of my package. They told me, that JSC has to start the process of searching for my shipment with their carrier. JSC is refusing to do that. JSC is also refusing to return my money. They refuse to help me in solving the issue, they refuse to really listen to what I'm telling them. They keep telling me, that I have to take care of this with my postal carrier, all the while that is not correct, THEY actually have to start the whole process, I can't do anything. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from any US based company. Please help

On February 21, I placed an order for three Jeffree Star Cosmetics items. Order number: JSCXXXXXXX. The makeup palette specifically, 'Blood Lust Palette,' for the amount of $54, was damaged in transit, and I made the executive decision to keep the product. However, upon using the palette, I sustained an allergic reaction and opted to reach out to customer service to be able to rectify the issue. Through a series of messages from March 3rd through March 9th, I have been in contact with four different representatives *** twice, *** and *** I have received automated responses and was further informed that I would need to contact my doctor for any allergic reactions. Upon requesting to escalate the issue, I was informed that they would reach out to their shipping department to see if I qualified for help. Upon sending them images of the palette, I was informed I was that I was not qualified to receive assistance and was informed that I have to pay to return the damaged item that caused an allergic reaction. I have properly send them images of the palette and am fully prepared to send them photos of my skin reactions. I am not seeking legal compensation. I am simply seeking a refund and a return label so they may have their product back.

I received an email notification on March 12th that it has been delivered via USPS. I checked the tracking number and it showed delivered but it was no where to be found. I called the local post office and the lady I spoke with told me she couldn't tell me anything more than the tracking number showed. But she did tell me to check around my house and with neighbors. My back yard is fenced so there is only so many places it could be in from of my house. I checked everywhere and it was not left at my home. I don't know all of my neighbors but I do know my immediate neighbors and if it had been accidentally delivered to them they would of brought it to me. If it was 5 or 6 houses down, I have no idea who they are. I can't be expected to knock on every house on my street searching for this package. I paid to have it delivered to me, not my neighbors. I have tried calling the 800 number which has very long hold times of over an hour. I was told to contact the shipped because this package was not insured and the shipped did not request a signature so it was not possible for me to file a claim. I have contacted the shipped twice, once by email and once by the form on the website. The form on the website says not to submit multiple messages as it will put you at the back of the que and slow the response time. I still have not heard anything back from Jeffree Star Cosmetics about this even though I let them know I needed this by a specific time being that it is for my daughters birthday. I was unable to find a phone number for this company to call.

Subsequently I learned some things that made me not want to do business with the company. I went to their website and looked for a telephone number to call so I could cancel quickly, but they have no phone number that you can call (RED FLAG!) and the only way to reach them is to email, or submit a form on their website. I did both, and received an automated response stating it may take up to 2 business days to receive a response. Well I received a response alright, I got a shipping notice on Wednesday, 10/27. Immediately I tried again to find any phone number to call and have them cancel the shipment. No phone number to be found. I replied to the shipping notice email again reminding them that I had canceled the order and asking them to please pull the box before UPS picks it up. I received the same generic auto-reply yet again. Now today they box has been picked up by UPS and is in transit, due to be delivered day after tomorrow. I will refuse the delivery. They cannot force me to accept an order that I canceled. I have notified Shop Pay, and I want others to know, if you order from this company they will straight up refuse to communicate with you about anything. You cannot call them. You cannot cancel an order. DO NOT DO IT. I expect my cancellation request to be honored, as I did make the request in a timely fashion. I do not want any box delivered to my home and I will not accept any that are sent. Cancel the order and refund my payment immediately. Thanks. P.S. Seriously, get a customer service phone number, this email stuff is NOT working.

Payment total: *** through PayPal. Returned items total: *** (Returned items Velvet trap lipstick in funeral parlor, diet mannequin, nudist colony). I have sent this order for return in a package a month and a half ago without tracking info unfortunately however given the extent of time I believe the package has been lost in the USPS system. *** insists that they have not received the package and can only issue a refund once they process my return. I have reached out to the company and each time I have explained that it is likely lost and I do not have tracking information for the package, I am denied a refund for the lost merchandise and money as a result of this issue because tracking was not placed on the package. I am very frustrated as I am currently asking USPS to do a thorough mail search and if this does not locate the package, I am getting the impression from *** that I will not get my money or even replacement/credit for the items I shipped back, resulting in not only being out of money but merchandise as well. With any other company I've worked with, if a refund is not provided at estimated time they advertise regardless of shipping issues that are out of my control, they would either provide a refund or at least a credit towards their company. It is horrible customer service to not anticipate that items can get lost in transit (with or without tracking information, especially during COVID) and to deny a consumer a refund or credit for an issue that is out of my hands. I can guarantee I will not be purchasing from this company again after this issue gets resolved because I've lost out on both my money AND my merchandise. Please help me resolve this situation. Jeffree Star Cosmetics I placed an order for a eyeshadow palette bundle

I placed an order for a eyeshadow palette bundle. However, I never received the mini palette that was part of the bundle. On August 21st, I placed an order for a eyeshadow palette bundle that consisted of one standard palette and one mini palette. After a few weeks of never receiving my order, I contacted customer support. They discovered there was an error in shipping and replaced my order on September 15th. HOWEVER, by this time a factory production fault had been found in the mini eyeshadow palette. Therefore, I would be shipped the standard size palette, but the mini palette would be shipped to me at a later date when the production issues were resolved with it. I received the one standard palette shortly after. In the following months, I received email updates about the issues being worked with in the mini palette, and how it was expected that these would be resolved soon, and the product would ship out in December. When December arrived, the updates ceased. I contacted Customer Support on December 16th and received an automated response saying that I would likely hear back from someone after two business days. I never received any email back. I again contacted customer support on December 28th and this time I did not even receive an automated response. Upon checking my order status, it shows that the status is closed. I never received any email saying my incomplete order was closed. I have not received any kind of refund or reimbursement for the mini palette that never shipped. The mini palette in question cost *** Plus I was charged shipping, as well as county, city and state taxes for the item. Not to mention *** Cosmetics has essentially had my *** for four months now and delivered nothing for it. I've essentially been giving them an interest free loan for the past four months. I believe I am entitled to, at the very least, the cost of the mini palette and the taxes I paid for it.

I am really disappointed with the mystery box, I really don't see any exclusives but 2 of them the lippie and bag since the other items where posted for sale in the website it kind of defeats the purpose of what "exclusive" means. I feel like I got fraud I was expecting something "valentines exclusive" Not what I got because the pallets are always in some mystery boxes that people have purchased in the past everything looks like it was just throwed in together. I can't believe the smallest box was the best one with the alien and beanie etc instead of the big one which was the most expensive for no reason.I want a refund, Its been various days since I've emailed and they have not replied back with a solution or anything. I am just really disappointed and feel like you guys/Jeffree could've done a better job than this and not throw things together and put all the items as stated in the advertisement. I didn't have a an invoice/packing slip inside the box and I printed out a receipt and I yet have not heard back from them. I learned my lesson is better to go buy the items at the morphe store because a lot of people have this problem and it happens almost with every mystery box launch.

Jeffree Star Cosmetics I placed an order November 30th and never received it

I placed an order November 30th and never received it. Customer service was unhelpful and ignored me. On cyber Monday, November 30, I placed a $76 order from Jeffree Star Cosmetics. They said due to COVID-19 it would take about 12 business days for my package to ship which I understood. On the 12th business, December 16, my package shipped. However, my package never left California and I thought maybe it was because California was shut down, but that was not the case. A friend of mine had her JSC package ship out the day before mine, December 15, and she got her package on December 21. My package was still in California and I was getting very upset. That's what I noticed on my YouTube I was getting videos for his winter mystery boxes which had to have been shipped out after the Cyber Monday orders, so December 17 and on. I was upset by this and that's when I realized when I checked out I was forced to pay $15 shipping; there was no other option for shipping it was $15, 2-day shipping. Because I paid for two day shipping and I didn't get it I contacted customer support on December 19. On December 21, Rep *** responded and ignored my initial request for a refund (on just my shipping) and said to give them 48 hours so they could find an update on why my package was stuck. 48 hours had passed and I didn't hear back so on December 25 I emailed rep *** back and ask for a refund on just my shipping again. I got an email back on a Saturday. They emailed me back outside of their business days and they flat out said we do not give refunds on shipping as stated in our FAQ. I was upset that I paid $15 and I wasn't gonna get anything back so I checked the FAQ and did not see where it said they do not give refunds on shipping. I did see that two day shipping is a guaranteed transit time which is false in this situation. On December 26 I responded to rep *** telling them I would like a refund on my entire order if I couldn't get it one on just the shipping because it appears my package will not be coming whatsoever. I never heard back so on December 30 I filed to dispute the charge on my card. It is now January 9 I still have not heard back from rep *** regarding my last email and I have not received an email update regarding anything to my dispute, whether it be a refund or a cancellation of my order. I am a really big fan of JS and JSC so this is very disappointing.

Received a used looking hoodie. Returned it. I was promised refund if it occured a 2nd time. They sent another, worse condition!They now don't respond I ordered my sweater July 22nd. I received a very used worn sweater on July 29th. I emailed the same day & sent them photos and my concerns. Finally on aug 3rd they emailed me saying I could return an sent a label. I asked them if they could check the new sweater coming to ensure that it won't happen again. They told me they would to "take a closer look at it" i asked them what would happen if it arrived damaged a second time. I needed this info to decide how I wanted to proceed. They Insisted if this occurred again that they would just refund me. I sent in the replacement asap. Once they got it no one reached out or would email. I had to email them asking what was up. I asked them if they were able to look into why the issue occurred so it would help me decide if i wanted to reorder it. They said they had no way to do this. I reminded her that the last email promised they would look into it. She said they have no way to do that! They told me they sent a perfect sealed sweater and they send me another perfect sweater. I reminded her that it was indeed not perfect an i expect the new one to not arrive this way if i get it replaced. They finally sent a replacement on Aug 11th. It got lost in the mail! I reached out more than 5 times begging them to help me locate it and was ignored! When they did answer it was an automated response saying mail can be delayed. They wouldn't even check on it or anything & refused to help me. I had to track it down myself it took weeks. It finally arrived on Aug 26th. It arrived more damaged than the first! I immidiatley emailed them again same day. I sent pics and I also attached the emails (the email where they told me they would look into it, & the email they sent saying it was perfect an if it wasn't I would just be refunded) No response. Finally someone sent an automated message sept 4th. This was the exact same message I recieved when I first emailed them about the first sweater! I emailed them again. I asked them to ease read my message. I included everything along with dates copies of the same emails and the pictures of the damage again. I reminded them of the resolution i was promised prior. They are now ignoring me. I've emailed 3 more times. There has been no response.

Jeffree Star Cosmetics They delivered something that was cancelled well before they shipped it out and now expect me to return it for the refund when it should not

They delivered something that was cancelled well before they shipped it out and now expect me to return it for the refund when it should not been sent I have order from this company a few times in the past and have had nothing but good things to say about them, up until recently. I had placed an order with them on November 30th and on December 8th I had emailed their customer service people explaining that I was shocked that I had not gotten an email saying that the order had been shipped. I ordered something on Black Friday and it shipped out the next day. My order number was #***. *** was the agent that was emailing me back pretty quickly after I would send an email. I have about 14 emails in the chain with them, but I have yahoo and after 13, it only shows the 10 most recent trends. During the time that *** and I were emailing each other, she had told me repeatedly that as long as I cancelled my order before it shipped, that it would be cancelled and then I would get the refund, I cancelled my order on December 15th at 2:56pm and I never heard back from anyone for the remainder of the day. On December 16th at 4:38am they shipped out the order. They had plenty of time to have cancelled that order before it was confirmed shipped. I emailed them again at 10:49am saying that I would like the refund since I should not be charged for a package that I cancelled before it was shipped. At this point, I at 10:50am, they sent me and automated email saying that they received the email and that I may hear back in 2 business days. I was furious. At 10:11pm the same day, a customer service agent named *** emailed me back and said that there was nothing that they could do since it was shipped before they could cancel it. At this point, I had told them that I will gladly send the stuff back if they would pay the return postage since I did tell them to cancel the order before they shipped it out. They had about 20 hours from the time I told them to cancel before they shipped it out. *** responded to me again and told me that they don't pay the return postage (which would be about $20). If I wanted to return my package, they would return my money. I have all of the emails to prove it, but it would be a lot to send through this right now. I can send them all at a different time if that will help this case. All of the emails have the dates and times on them. I also got mad because I had only ONE automatic reply though the 15 times that we had emailed each other. They do not have a phone number to call them either, it is all through email.

was sent expired & concerning liquid lipstick mini nude bundle. products had a white substance all around the rim & was grainy through out. Expired Purchase date: November 27 Delivery date: December 20 Items: Mini Nudes Bundle Volume 1 Magic Star concealer Order number: *** Sales Rep: *** Payment amount: $137.70 Payment Method: *** I am not at all happy with this last order I placed. First of all, I placed the order on November 27, and It was not delivered until December 20. Thats almost a whole month. It said that it should take a max of 12 days to receive my tracking number, it took 19 days! I understand that processing was going to take longer per the email said reduced employees in the warehouse but that was 12 days not 19. Now on to the reason I'm contacting you- the product. As you see in the pictures, I ordered the nude mini velour liquid lipstick set and many of them had these grains in it, as well as this white substance that was gathered all around the rim. Disgusting. I'm in the beauty industry and have worked for make up companies and know that this is an indication that a product is expired and should definitely not be used on the lips! Not only that but the product had been swiped through as liquid lipstick was gathered around the opening of the tube before I even opened it. Disgusting. These can not be used on me nor my clients due do to sanitary reasons, not only based on my standards, but also those set forth by the California state board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Now onto the concealer. It was dry, and hard to get smooth out of the container. I don't know if I got a bad expired one from a bad batch, but its unusable. My order number is ***. I want a full refund on my expired and un useable nude mini lipstick kit and concealer , I have no problem sending them back, I need a prepaid shipping label because they are expired and defected to say the least. I did contact the company and it was the worst case of customer service I have ever seen. First off, they kept addressing me as someone else after telling them many times that that wasn't the right customer and what my name was (not very safe at keeping customer information secure) then they were very specific on how they wanted me to send them a picture of the expired products which I did, and I guess that wasn't enough so then they asked me to send them a video. After sending everything they asked for, they said that I could try "shaking and rolling the bottle between my hands" and "give it a good stir with love" to get rid of the grittiness, but they didn't think they should supply me with a return label. I Can not believe that a company as big as Jeffree Star Cosmetics has the audacity to treat customers this way, especially with the way he is so judge-mental on how other company's treat their customers -its beyond me.

I requested to cancel my items before shipping, they shipped the items anyway and now they do not cover return shipment fees. I had made a purchase on the Jeffree Star Cosmetics website on August 21st. I ordered the Orgy Eyeshadow Palette bundle and Nude Liquid Lipstick Vault, order ***. The order was $252.28 and I paid $0.00 for shipping due to the amount of the items I was purchasing. On August 28th at 11:18pm, after reading reviews from the online community, I decided to cancel my order and emailed customer service. I received a confirmation email at 11:19pm that I would be receiving a response within 3 business days. I received a reply at 3:30am that my items had already shipped even thought I hadn't received any confirmation or tracking information. The email also included that if I wanted to return the products I could do so within 14 days and once received they would process a refund. There were no details on how to complete the return process. At 4:29am I then received the tracking information for the order. On August 29th I emailed if I could start the refund process already since I would just return the box once I received it. I received a response on August 31st stating that I could and no further information. On September 2nd I reached out again requesting to know how start the process. I then received an email on September 3rd stating the following: Hey ***, We hope you love your products, but if you want to return your order for any reason, our return address is below. There are no exchanges at this time! Refunds can only be processed to the original method of payment for the order. Please be sure to include your name and order number on the outside of the package so we can easily pull up your info. Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping costs for undesired orders. Jeffree Star Cosmetics *** Once your item is returned to us, please allow up to ­7 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified at the email address listed within your order. Please note that your bank will also require around 3 to 5 business days to process the refund once they have received the information from us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns! Thank you for supporting Jeffree Star Cosmetics! ========================================================= I feel that having to pay to return the items back to the company after I had requested before the items were shipped to me is unfair. I have attached all email correspondences showing the time frame of the request. I understand that it is a fraction of the cost of the actual order but they should have never sent the items in the first place and I feel that they only did it to see if I would just keep the items instead due to the backlash the company is currently going through on social media platforms. I also had to follow up with their customer service if not I would have never received an explanation on how to proceed.

Jeffree Star Cosmetics I ordered the new eyeliner that came out

I ordered the new eyeliner that came out. When it came it was as hard as a rock , I am not getting any help from them I purchase quite a bit from Jeffree star cosmetics. I ha e been a fan of his going way back to the days of MySpace. That being said I hate that it has come to this. When I received my eyeliner pencil I tried it. However, it was as hard as a rock. If I pressed any harder it would have drawn blood. Jeffree stars line has alway been of great quality. I was confused. I thought maybe it was just a few pencils that got past quality control or something or o was doing something wrong (for example when I was a kid we lit the eyeliner to get a his black. Line) I heard back from a form letter saying they had limited staff because of covid. It went on to indicate that they would be in touch. Then holiday prep started for me so I was super busy. One day I checked my email and there was a response, they wanted me to take a picture of the pencil and invoice. My initial email did not ask for a refund but an explanation for why the product was Unusable. I finally remembered where I put it and did like they asked. I did fire off a couple of emails in between because I could not understand why they could not just look it up. I didn't hear back except the form letter. I again started to wonder why I was not hearing back even with covid, I felt that it was a really long time. Went to the website and did the contact us. I tried to find a telephone number to no avail. Fired off another email. No answer so again. I fired off an email. I got one back! They requested more I formation. I think it was the order number. So I did (I should note here that I had quite a few orders.) I then received an email stating that too much time has passed and they will not refund my money! I know is is only about 20 dollars but my feelings are hurt. I feel they are treating me like a criminal. I feel like they lack good ethics. I feel that if Jeffree Star is going to be like he is talking directly to me in his videos. He was someone who I trusted. If he said something was a good product, I always try to find it and try it. I have most of his pallets. ( I do want the nudes pallet but I was mad because I forgot about the buy one get the second one half off. I wound up googling it and finding out that others had the same issue. So there's that. I am at the point where I am thinking t that in good conscience I cannot be wearing all my JS hoodies and love his concealer and pallets and will tell anyone who will listen how cool everything is. When I have been treated this way a devoted fan and super customer and advertising for him by wearing them almost everyday ( I think I have 5 hoodies and one black teddy bear furry one also 2 tshirts. ( I wish he had a better variety in the tees that didn't have to do with smoking pot. If I added up the time spent and only were to charge minimum wage, It would be astronomically high. It would be at LEAST A few hundred dollars. I did eventually find a phone number for the company but nowhere on his business page. I am going to try to call tomorrow. I would like to mention that during this time I have been pretty sick. I am going to have surgery soon. It is supposed to be a 6 week recovery. Also I have a lot of responsibilities. I have spent entirely too much time on this. I was also hoping for a video addressing this problem and providing a solution. I am so so disappointed. This is stressful times. People need to be kind. This is not something I need right now. Collecting pallets is a much needed distraction.
