I returned an unopened item. Customer service was replying very quickly before i initiated the return. Once I said I was retuning, they stopped replying. Wont respond to me nor issue my refund.
I shipped item back on 5/29. Someone named Mario at the front desk received it on 6/4. No one has responded saying they received my item or that theyre processing my refund or anything. Absolutely no response from customer service. I have emailed multiple times practically begging for someone to answer me. I just want my refund
