I ordered same day click and collect on 23rd December for Christmas gifts for my son, supposed to be GUARANTEED DELIVERY. It is now 27th and still not received! Numerous calls to customer service with it will be there today wait for email which hasn't arrived. My son hasn't had his Christmas gift yet and still waiting even though they took the money on 23rd. Shocking service.

Desired outcome: I would like the items ordered and compensation for the upset and inconvenience caused.
