I had my car since sept' 08 and my car has been in the shop me than enough for the same things over and over. i filed a complaint with the bbb, and jd byrider waited until the due date of the claim and said they contacted me and they corrected my problems. they lied i knew nothing about that until later on that night when i checked my status. JD byrider had me rent a car from express rental so they can fix my car and i had the rental for 5 days and when i got my car back it was never fixed and more problems occured. someone needs to get a class act lawsuit against them. i'm in [protected]@hotmail.com
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

This is really a bad situation I am going thru some problems with them right now I got a 2002 Saturn from them back in November of 2008 I really needed a car and due to my credit I did not think I could get a decent vehicle I went out on a Saturday by myself and I am a woman not intending on by a car just looking went to the car lot her in Ohio in Cleveland on Braodway and there was only a couple of cars gas prices were high back in 11/08 so the sales agent convinced me to drive the car and I did it drove fine but the brakes felt too low to the ground so with her being a fast talker I found myself signing the papers for this car looking at the price after the the fact of over 9800.00 I was like wow thats too much but I was feeling as if my credit was so shot what the hell! got in the car ready to leave got down the street not five minutes and the check engine light came on I immediatley got on the phone called the lady back and left a message on her phone she returned the call the next dau said no problem bring it in this is April of 09 and the problem is still here I had to let the car sit for 3 months due to an acccident I had back in 04 I had a mandatory suspension and I went in explained the situation to them but told them I would still pay my notes on time and that I am still having the same problems before the suspension I tried to get plates for the car but could not because it would not pass the inspection took it back to them at least 6 times and today the car is there the service guy Dale told me to bring the car in and he will take it to the inspection and guess what it passed but the light is still on so how did it really pass? they still have the car right now I have to be at work tommorrow they have had it since thursday and of course they make you sign a paper stating that if they work on your car they are not responsible for a rental so now what I am sooooo ready to call the news stations and I already spoke with an attorney about this what do I do? Jd Byrider of Pittsburgh Pa has many of the same issues with their car's. I feel they are taking advantage of people because of their credit and no one is going to listen to our complaints because of it. People do deserve a second chance we shouldn't be treated this way because of our past. But I wouldn't recommend JD Byrider to anyone! ?
