i bought a van from jd byrider in merrillville ind, The driver side window didn't go up and down correctly, i did tell them they said to call and make an appt. and they would fix it. then the rear winshield wiper would'nt work and it was raining on the inside of my van. both of these problems were fixed but then the van started to jerk when it would shift into gears. they looked at it and said they could'nt do anything, unfortunetly your gonna have to wait until it gets worse befor we can tell what it is. the brakes we thought were grinding so they looked at that and said there was a bunch of dust but the brakes were fine. It is still grinding and now the front end is making noise like rusty springs, especially when turning. i am currently waitinf 3 weeks to get the oil changed. I made the appt. the week befor last to bring it in tomorrow.needless to say it would have been 500 miles past due if i had waited. And the engine light keeps coming on we took it to auto zone they hooked it up and the throttle sensor is bad-not covered by the warranty. Thus vehicle is falling apart befor i can even pay for it.We had to sit in that office for 4-5 hrs listen to the speal they deal out, pay way over what u should, nothing it seems is covered by the warranty atleast this part isn't and we have had this van for about 3 months now. I would'nt refer anyone to this place. It's over priced, hyped up to the max, they make u feel like your getting a great deal and all your getting is robbed and taken. We were lied to and I don't think that is anyway to do business. The waiting list to have anythink looked at is weeks long and they're are no rental vehicles offered by them. To be without a vechicle because they r selling lemons is not right. I hope whom ever the person is that owns these pklaces really listens to what our complaints are and does something about they way these dealers are running these businesses. It sounded good but we got taken instead.
