I had to call Whirlpool 3 times to get someone to help me with my faulty delivery. The first time JB showed up too early for scheduled delivery(luckily I was home) and the guys were very unprofessional and rude in what they were saying as well as leaving tools and a faulty product at my house. I called Whirlpool and their only option was to send a tech out for a new product that the JB delivery guy verbally told the customer was damaged. The second time they showed up too early for scheduled delivery(no one was home), and the third time the work order was incorrect...again. Each time the delivery men said their work order was incorrect causing the customer an inconvenience. On the 1st delivery there was install and on the third corrective delivery they refused to install. Both my husband and myself missed multiple days of work, and Whirlpool had poor communication skills(argumentative on the phone) making it even more difficult to align with the customer. It is clear Whirlpool and JB Hunt are not capable of satisfying their customer needs.
Desired outcome: Partial refund for continuous inconvenience.
