Guys are polite enough although they could be more professional.
Negative: As soon as the installation of our dishwasher began one of the guys told me we had a leak from one a PVC pipes under our sink. That seemed odd to me as I had been under the sink just that morning removing items to prepare for the installation and did not see any water. I asked if he could proceed with the installation and he said yes. Told him I would let my husband know and address it when he came home. Not 30 minutes after the installation was completed, I opened the cabinet to replace the previously moved items to find that the cabinet was full of water. We still have not found a leaking piece of PVC however the line installed from the water supply to the dishwasher was dripping continuously. The reason that I even paid for installation to start with was to not burden my husband who is having some health challenges. I tried calling the number that had notified me earlier in the morning of arrival time and left two voice messages. No response. Spent a fair amount of time (after cleaning up water) trying to find an phone number for JB Hunt in Greer SC. I finally got an phone call answered and explained the situation told them the installer needed to return and fix the problem. Was told that no one in the ware house was answering the phone call but she would call me back when she heard from them...we are at least 3 hours later and no phone call. Now my husband is under the sink trying to fix what was poorly installed by JB Hunt.
I contacted Whirlpool and explained the situation. I guess the person finally got tired of me and offered to refund my 99 dollar installation fee. We will see if that actually happens or not. I told the customer service person that Whirlpool is being represented by the people they contract with for installation and seriously needed to reconsider using JB Hunt!
Recommendation: Just don't do it!
