Hello. I wish to file a lawsuit against the Japanese Tobacco Company. I am based in Sudan; although I am an authorized agent, the company has failed to supply me with products. I have lodged a formal complaint, yet they have not even sent an apology to the affected agents—acting as if we are neither aggrieved parties nor even human beings in their eyes. I am looking for a law firm to assist me. Thank you.

Claimed loss: Four years of hardship and injustice.
