I ordered a washer dryer topper. The seller showed a good quality product on the site. What I received was terrible. It was very poor quality and a terrible finish. I put in a dispute to Etsy. I could tell from their remarks that they did not take the time to review all the correspondence that I had with the seller. The seller had a terrible return policy. The buyer has to pay for the return shipping and 50% is taken out of the refund then the seller has the item to resell. The worst customer service I ever had on Etsy. Etsy stated there was not enough proof that I didn't receive what they were advertising. I think the picture of what I received shows how bad the product was that I received. It was an extremely terrible piece of wood!
Recommendation: Don't buy unless they will do a full refund.
