Etsy review: Etsy-don't communicate after 2.5months!

I have been an Etsy seller for 5 years. After 5 years Etsy have put my shop on vacation mode as they need to verify my details after 5 years, 1,100 sales, 4.9 rating and 349 comments.

I uploaded all my docs 18th April & no feedback from Etsy.
Last week Etsy sent me an email, telling me they will close my account in Aug!

I sell handmade popup cards and they sell very well. Some of my cards have been top sellers in Esty for many years.

Poor communication. No wonder Etsy's share price fell from $280 to current price of $75.00. Good idea if a company can take them over and revamp Etsy.
