If I could give zero I would
Went in to claim a reward, but was told I could only redeem after downloading app, even though I had an email proving my reward. How come Jamba never notified me of this app? It took forever to download over cellular at the store and when I was finally able to access the account set up page, it wouldn’t recognize my password. I requested a new password, but never received an email - not in my junk folder either. The store decided to honor my reward nevertheless. I went online on my computer and read you need to set up a new account but would recognize my phone number to transfer points. So, I created a new account but kept receiving a validation error! I deleted the app and reinstalled it and still received the same error! What a waste of my phone space and my time!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
