I bought a new Range Rover Velar P250 R-Dynamic S from *** on July 3. Since then, I've had a lot of problems with customer service and mechanical and electrical issues. First, the finance guy, ***, checked my credit five times, which caused my credit score to drop by 31 points. When I called to ask about it, he was really rude and didn't want to fix the problem with the credit bureau. Second, I ordered a custom wrapping shield for my whole vehicle, but I had to get it redone twice because it kept peeling and lifting. Now I need to get it redone again. Third, today while I was driving to work, the car suddenly stopped and completely shut down. All the screens went black and it put itself in Park. It was really scary and dangerous. I called Land Rover to talk about what happened, but they didn't offer any immediate solution. Even though I have roadside coverage that includes a loaner vehicle, they only gave me an appointment for late October and no other help.
