Lanier Auto Group Me and my mom bought a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta about a month ago from this place

Me and my mom bought a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta about a month ago from this place. But guess what? Less than two weeks later, the check engine light and the tps light were already on. The salesman, let's call him ***, told us he would check the car before we bought it to make sure everything was good. But even after he said it was all good, there were still problems. We still bought it though, silly us.

Now here's the kicker. My mom lives over an hour away and we had to make so many trips to this place because of their "verbal" agreement to fix the car. They claimed that the car had passed a North Carolina inspection a few months ago, but clearly, that wasn't the case. They kept the car for over a week and then had it towed back to ***, NC.

Can you believe it? We drove the car for less than an hour after getting it back and guess what? The check engine light was back on. It turns out that nothing was actually done to fix the car. So we had to take it to ***, NC to get it fixed properly. They had to replace the ignition coil and the N80 Valve. It's like *** completely ignored what Volkswagen's diagnostic said.

Overall, this whole experience has been a real headache. We trusted *** to sell us a car that was in good condition, but it turned out to be a total mess. We had to waste so much time and money just to get it fixed properly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
