I am very satisfied with the service I received from getting an estimate to installation. Everyone was prompt, professional and explained everything I needed to know. As busy as everyone is these days, I am very pleased to have work already completed and would definitely use them for future work.

This is a top notch company. Their technician was sent out on spur of the moment due to my dryer caution reading coming on. There was a plugged vent out to the exterior. He cleaned vent end to end and extracted a bag of very old lint. He was on time, courteous, and thorough. I will continue using this company.

JA Bertsch Heating & Cooling and their employee are fantastic. They are one time, reliable, kind and knowledgeable. They completed the replacement of a heater motor, cleaned all our ducts and routine maintenance on time, at a great price and with great efficiency. I had this company put in a furnace, AC and hot water tank. Front desk is extremely helpful always willing to help. Techs are always on time very professional and nice. They go over the check off list with you. Prices are comparable some times better than competitors. I will always have this company take care of my heating, cooling and hot water issues.

JA Bertsch is a customer centric business from the folks in the office to the technician who serviced our reliable and efficient furnace. The technician was one of the most thorough experts with which I have dealt. He took the time to examine everything and explain ongoing service scheduling. A very pleasant and extremely capable person. And on top of that, the company's maintenance program is affordable.

JA Bertsch Heating & Cooling repaired our Gas Fireplace today and did a wonderful job. The technician from JA Bertsch was both personable & very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain in laymen terms exactly what was the problem & what was about to be done to remedy the problem. He repaired our fireplace quickly and made sure to clean his work area completely before leaving. We'd definitely use JA Bertsch again for any of our heating and cooling needs. Great job!

JA Bertsch Heating & Cooling replaced a faulty circuit board in one of our mini-split units that was under warranty. He arrived right on time and was very efficient and professional in his work. While he was here, he also replaced a pressure valve in our mechanical room. We can't say enough good about the team at JA Bertsch. Every technician we have dealt with (and the folks in the office) are kind, courteous and helpful. We highly recommend them for all your heating, cooling, and ventilation needs.

I called JA Bertsch because they were one of 2 companies that were 24 Hours. I called a little after 7 pm and John, one of their technicians answered the on call phone. I gave him a run down of what was happening. He arrived 30 minutes later, and got our heat up and running in 30 minutes. It was a minor part. John was very professional, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I was delighted by his professionalism and response time. JA Bertsch has definitely gotten themselves a new customer.

JA Bertsch Heating & Cooling is by far the best heating and cooling company I have ever dealt with. All the employees I've met are professional and kind individuals you would want for friends. They work on my heating boiler (floor heat) and heat/air pumps and do an outstanding job. They recently installed a full house generator for me when no one else could get parts or a generator. They worked quickly, paid close attention to every detail of the install, and I was very happy with their work. I highly recommend them.

Fast, professional, competitive, competent, good service. A representative came out to give us a free estimate, explained options and what needed to be done. Two technicians came out and installed the new water heater and removed the old water heater, told my husband how to adjust the temperature if we needed to do so, and then left a goody bag. We received a gift bag, which was a pleasant surprise. We felt safe, we felt confident in their competence. When I emailed questions, I was answered quickly. The final cost was the same as the estimate, nothing added.

I recently had a new heat/ac heat pump system installed in my home but when we had a cold snap the system wasn't heating my house (electric heat pump) because it was too cold outside and I had no back-up heating system. I complained to J.A. Bertsch and they sent someone out the next day. And miracles do happen - they installed a new oil furnace (they took the old one out when the heat pump was installed) for my back-up system and enlarged the ducts and hooked up new parts to my oil tank . . . all at no charge! Bless your hearts for making this right - I believe they terminated the technician who didn't do such a great job explaining the new system to me that I purchased. Great people - wonderful to work with. Thank you so much.

We are new to JA Bertsch Heating & cooling. We wanted a contract for service and they were highly recommended by our neighbors. The day we called, we were shut up immediately on the phone and had our appointment for the following week. The service is top notch, from the office, to their web-site to their service representative. In addition, the communication is above and beyond what I've experienced in years and its so refreshing. The service technician arrived early, did NOT ring the door bell but knocked on the door. This was refreshing as well as we have four dogs. Once inside and meeting Liz, she's great, very confident but no arrogance. We have the Air Scrubber and had forgotten all about checking on the light to ensure its working, which it was not. She also suggested to have our ducts cleaned and we know we needed that as we've done a lot of construction in the past 2 years. Today, just two days later we receive a text/email that Liz was on her way. Once again knocked, brought cookies for the pups, Installed the light and went over how long until we should see a difference. Absolutely will recommend JA Bertsch Heating & Cooling to anyone as they are a top-notch company.
