Just had our cooling system replaced along with a number of duct upgrades. Geoff did a great job of identifying improvements and selecting a system that meets our needs. Mario and his team did a fantastic job in getting all the work done in a single day and done right the first time.

Tri-County has been providing our family exceptional sales and service for over 10 years. Billy, Scott, Tyler, Butch and Bill are truly good men, customer oriented and technically exceptional. The mission support and office staff are exceptional as well. You will not be disappointed.

Our air stopped working today, the warmest day of spring yet! I called Tri County and Thomas was on property diagnosing the issue within two hours. Thomas was courteous and thorough. We really appreciate the quality, value, and reliability of having our annual service contract with Tri County.

We have consistently been extremely satisfied with the prompt, efficient and capable service Tri-County has provided us when air conditioning issues require a fix. Each technician that has been sent to fix our issue has been very knowledgeable, diagnoses the problem and is able to quickly have our unit up and running properly.

AC went out on May 5th late afternoon on Meeting St in Bradenton, TRiCounty AC technician Francisco L. responded several hours later and in the dark was able to resolve the problem in less than an hour. He made sure everything worked perfectly and thoroughly cleaned up all around the unit. Mr L. did a fine job and is a definate asset to the profession and to TriCounty.

Great service once again. They replaced one air conditioner unit in April. Couldn't be happier. Now my second smaller unit went out. Called today. They came to fix it today. It was a simple burnt out wire connection, but it took them no time to find the issue and get it up and running again. No trying to up sell or claims that anything else worse was the issue. Love working with Tri-County.

Michael in service was so helpful. He gave me information that cleared up my questions. He is an asset to the company. I have been a customer of TriCounty for 10 years. I think they have the best installers and technicians. I appreciate the work they do under adverse conditions. The work is done cleanly and efficiently. I would recommend them very highly. a special thanks to Michael for his kind response.

Tri-County provided a second opinion on work another company said was required. Fortunately, for me, the second opinion provided by them Indicated the the unit was functioning properly and the repair suggested was not needed at this time. Andrew was the tech, and he spent a lot of time checking the unit, well over an hour. He was courteous and took the time to explain everything to me. It was a very good experience.

Excellent service! A fast analysis of the problem (air conditioner froze up, caked with ice that has to thaw and melt away before the final fix is made sometime tomorrow). A picture is worth 1,000 words: given I injured my left knee and can't get around easily, the Tri County Technician took a picture and showed me the thick ice currently delaying the work to restore operation to my air conditioner until tomorrow. We can't recommend Tri-County strongly enough. We've relied on them since we built our home in 2003. They have always given us exemplary service. This week we had an emergency and Dustin Worley was our Technician. Does the heart good to know there are still such pleasant, knowledgeable, and caring young men out there. He explained everything to us, repaired our air handler, and couldn't have been nicer. He exemplifies the standards that Tri-County is founded on. Tri-County - this guys is a true asset to your company!

Tyler called ahead, showed up in the first 5 minutes of my 4 hour time window. He had on his mask, and shoe booties in hand. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He left no question unanswered and offered valuable information on the options we selected. Tyler is a great asset to Tri County Air. Whatever he gets paid, it should be more. There are MANY air conditioning service companies to choose from, and people like Tyler will keep your customers coming back. I will continue to recommend Tri County to friends and family. We were extremely pleased with the concern and care shown us during a repair of our 22-year old AC/ heating unit. We then asked for a quote for a replacement, and subsequently replaced ours with no pressure from their salesman. Every person from those in the office (Sheila) to Brady, technician, Bryan in sales, and Justin and Joe who installed our new unit have been cautious in this Coronavirus situation, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. They even call when they are a few minutes away to let you know they're en route. Definitely a 5-star experience, and people whom their ownership should be proud of.

Tri County has serviced our air conditioning for the past three years, and we are very happy with their service. We had been scammed by A/C companies who insisted we needed a new system "immediately," there was "nothing they could do," and "it won't last another month." I finally called Tri County, and they managed to fix an illusive leak in our old system. They didn't pull any punches--at the time, they told us our 20-year-old system was on its last legs, but they would do the best they could and "doctored it up." Because of their TLC, It's lasted up until now--another two years! Today we had to call Steve again for a checkup--we knew the news would not be good, but we were ready to hear it! Steve is a straight shooter. He went over our A/C's issues with us in detail, so we are well informed. It really is time for a replacement! We'll be calling Tri County again in the next couple of months and getting a new system from them because they are a company that we trust. Technicians are competent, thorough, professional--and honest! I recommend Tri County Air Conditioning without hesitation!
