We recommend Absolute Comfort for all home heating needs. They installed our new furnace, gas hot water tank, and humidifier. For the past five years they have provided annual maintenance. This year, their technician serviced our products. He was punctual, professional, explained everything - great experience! Every Absolute Comfort technician who has been in our home provides exceptional service.

Had the ducts and dryer vents cleaned. The crew of Sean and Josh showed up promptly and took great care in laying down protective coverings on the floor. They were also extremely mindful in moving their equipment to avoid hitting the walls and slamming on the stairs. They were receptive to questions and explanations were transparent and forthright. The two of them were very courteous and professional. Overall, very satisfied with the service and the outcome.

Had problems with a 20+ year old furnace. Absolute came out the same day and was able to get it running. Called for a quote on a new system including AC. Home visit went well and all was explained. Decided to go with Absolute. In the meantime, the old furnace was acting up again, but the technician was able to get the system limp to replacement day. Absolute provided portable oil heaters just in case. Install was done promptly, efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend.

Absolute Comfort Control Services provided the best customer service ever! The service man was very professional and thorough. I have an older HVAC system and the air conditioner kicked out and would not start after trying to install a new wi-fi thermostat. The technician checked out the furnace and the air conditioner and then made the missing connection required to run the wi-fi thermostat. He was also very pleasant and patient during all my many questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this company.
