Andrew has always gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. He will notify me personally when I have mail or a package and has helped me ship parcels around the world. He has provided excellent service over the years.

I was very pleased when I discovered Inbox & More Pack Ship located in the same shopping area as Heinen's Grocery. Like everyone else, I order quite a bit online and need to return items frequently to UPS or FedEx. Inbox provides one stop drop off for both. Yeah! I've also used their notary service and have had several things packed and shipped. Andrew is always very friendly and accommodating to customer needs. Thanks, Andrew!

Inbox and More is fantastic. I recently had to ship something of very high value and was anxious to send it. The staff at Inbox and More helped guide me with the safest way to ship, and also helped me navigate adding insurance. Inbox and More sent me a text the next morning with a screenshot of where my package was, so I was reassured it was safe. The item arrived with the recipient the next day, earlier than expected. Great service! They have very good business hours, the customer service is excellent! They are quick to wait on you, I love it that they keep records of where you are shipping - it is so easy! I especially appreciate their patience when I am trying to decide the best option for shipping & easily share the different rates and delivery information. My husband prefers to go to USPS but I sincerely appreciate the fact that they are a small business that does their best to help every customer that walks through the door. It is a small location and during the peak of the pandemic they adopted very safe distancing measures. My husband finally learned to appreciate their service as much as I do, after I proved that their rates are competitive with USPS ( especially when they have a coupon promotion going on). They are always my first choice when I need to ship items to my two college students that live in opposite sides of the contiguous US.
