I’ve called numerous times to schedule an exchange that I’ve deposited, & I can never get through to schedule, each cs rep gives a different answer, you can’t view online availability of properties until you deposit your exchange 1st, they gauge you for money, properties are 1-2 Star, you can’t get what’s advertised online or in catalog, I’ve given them over $600+ and can’t get a vacation. Horrible service and company.
