I bought gold from the website www.goldvk.com. After several weeks, it didn’t arrive and I contacted the customer services. I spoke with the agent, who checked my order and promised to deliver gold within 2 days. After that nothing arrived, and their customer services phones were busy all the time. I want to return my $90 back, and I don’t need their gold. Please somebody help me. Thanks.
