SellBackYourBook.com review: I want to be paid $120 or have my book returned

First off, they are listed as EZ Book Recycle Inc on Better Business Bureau. They quoted me $120 for one of my textbooks. This book was in good condition, no tears, minimal highlighting etc. I received an email stating that it will be marked as liquidated damage and I would get $0 for it. I have used this company in the past with no issues. The email surprised me, as it was in good condition so there should be no issue, but nevertheless, I requested the book to be returned to me if they were not going to pay me anything for it. They refused. You can buy this book, used, on Amazon for $200+. I know they are going to sell it and not "recycle" it. They are thieves! Please beware and stay away from this company!
