toolplanet.com review: Horrible tools 1

I recently placed big order on the website www.toolplanet.com, which cost me about $500. I received my order quickly, but the quality of the tools turned out to be horrible. It broke after 5 days, and I contacted the customer services team, but they refused to repair or exchange tools, because the warranty didn’t cover such damage and they told me that it was my fault. I was shocked with their unwillingness to help me. Please leave comments about this seller.
