I found out lifegem.com website and bought diamond ring from them. Only later I found out that they sell diamonds, which were made from cremation ashes and hair. I was shocked and surprised as well. I contacted the seller, because I can’t wear such jewellery, but they refused to take back the ring and sent me compensation. Maybe someone had the same experience and can advise me what to do. Tek Squad called me and notified that there is some kind of problem with my computer. I’m not a computer specialist so I tend to believe such claims, and they’ve made it easy for me by saying that they are authorized microsoft support agents. I ended up paying $300 to those scammers and only then I realised that it is a set up. Microsoft confirmed they have nothing to do with this company… scam.

This is a fraudulent company. They offer a product. You download the product and they deliberately send you something other than what you ordered. Then to get your money back they make you buy the so called "correct" product at double the price. Stay away from any and all product offered by ISkysoft. They are in China and are fraudulent.
