veopod.com review: Bad service

I created account on the website www.veopod.com, but I wasn’t satisfied with it at all. I found a lot of music and videos on the website, also it was possible to find people, who like the same music, and you could follow them and get updates. But one day I received the bill, which stated that I needed to pay for exceeded access and downloading. I sent several emails through the website, but nothing. I wonder if someone had the same situation and can offer good solution. Thanks.
