they keep robo calling me about a debt that is non existent 2 or 3 times a day. And by robo calling, I mean a pre recorded message calls me and asks me to call them. My answering machine is full of this stuff. I called them and they don't care if I owe the money or not.

Similar to other complainants - this company keeps *** me despite mistaking my mobile number for someone else! Leaves robot calls every day, using different numbers, or somehow voicemails without ringing my phone.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

They continued to call me over and over once I spoke to my accountant and was advised not to deal with them. They continued to call *** me and then I would receive calls stating there was a law suit against my Social Insurance Number. Eventually it stopped.
They then *** once I found new employment the calls begun again but from different numbers. I hadn't worked for 6+ months due to COVID-19.
They then sold my debt to another company which them impacted my credit score, Based on the laws in ontario debt is no longer valid after 2 years. Them having doing this makes it look like this is new debt. I'm trying to catch up and these people are *** hitting people at a moment when they are vulnerable. ***
*** how they managed to figure out when I begun working as these new calls begun happening shortly after I started my new job.
I'd also like to note that not once did i receive a letter from this ICE company. Everything was over the phone. I had no reason to trust any of them.

The last contact we had was a voicemail was left on August 25th 2020 at phone number XXX XXX XXXX. The phone calls you are receiving are not from International Credit Experts. It is more than likely that our client has forwarded your file to another collection agency to try to recover this debt. International Credit Experts received your file as of January 14th 2020 and it closed in our office on October 5th 2020. A letter was sent out to you regarding this matter back on January 14th to the most recent address we had for you *** AVE E APT , SCARBOROUGH, ON ***.
