they keep robo calling me about a debt that is non existent 2 or 3 times a day. And by robo calling, I mean a pre recorded message calls me and asks me to call them. My answering machine is full of this stuff. I called them and they don't care if I owe the money or not.

Similar to other complainants - this company keeps *** me despite mistaking my mobile number for someone else! Leaves robot calls every day, using different numbers, or somehow voicemails without ringing my phone.

Harassment by a persistent caller despite financial advice and employment changes
They continued to call me repeatedly after I consulted my accountant who advised against dealing with them. They claimed there was a lawsuit against my Social Insurance Number. The calls ceased for a while but resumed with new employment, from different numbers. My unemployment spanned over 6 months due to COVID-19. My debt was sold, affecting my credit score. In Ontario, debt expires after 2 years, so this action misrepresented my debt as recent. It's challenging to recover while they exploit people's vulnerabilities. It's unclear how they discerned my employment status as the calls started soon after. Notably, I never received written communication from this ICE company, only phone calls, giving me no reason to trust them.
