Horrible - They are billing me for a bill witch my insurance paid 100%.

Robo call sayin they be a bill collector for ***. We ain't been to *** in like 15 years! Told 'em to quit callin. They hung up on me.

Horid customer service. They thretened to send me to a debt collector even tho I put money down the day of the service and was paying on the account monthly! They hung up on me when I disagreed that the issue had been resolved. They couldn't give me a manager to talk to either.

This company called me out of the blue trying to collect from me a disabled veteran for a fraction of the amount the VA already paid the hospital, all bills were pain in full and yet this scam company calls trying to collect, they start nice and polite and when you refuse to pay they get aggressive and rude.

They've called me twice now, I ignored the call but the last call they said they were looking for me and gave some of my private data. However, when they mentioned a name, they gave me my mom's name instead. Neither me nor my mom have been to the hospital they claim to be calling from. I called the hospital to inquire about this, and they confirmed they had no record of such a claim. This company might be legitimate, but it seems like a potential scam as well.

NPAS Solutions, LLC contacted me with a recorded message, insisting that I give them a call. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach a real person during their initial call. Following their instructions, I dialed back and endured a lengthy hold period. Eventually, a representative asked for my information, but refused to disclose their identity or provide any substantial reasons for contacting me. The operator evaded my question and continued speaking without truly listening. In my personal encounter, it seemed like a dubious organization. It's frustrating that I can't rate them with zero stars...

Terrible collections office with representatives that offer no help and are rude. This office needs to practice better collections and follow the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act as well continued training. I was told my balance is due in full with NO care what the bill is for and what disputes I may have and when I asked how to resolve I was told only can pay it in full by the end of this month or it will go out of their office for legal action. IN no way is this how you help consumers. And if you listen to the consumer and you may realize they have a valid dispute.

I keep getting lots of calls from NPAS about a bill they claim my son owes. But when I ask them to send me the bill so our insurance company can handle it, they say they've sent it, which is not true. They also promise to send it in other calls, but they never do. It's hard for me to deal with their bills when they don't send them for verification. I've already paid all the bills for my son, and so has my insurance company. I think this call might be a scam because if they really wanted us to pay the bill they're trying to collect, they would send it to me for review.

Got a phone message from this shady outfit today. I have a special phone system that not only records the msg, but creates an MP3 and also emails it to me. I'm gonna send the MP3 to the local ComplaintsBoard.com. Neither my wife nor I have even been in a hospital here in the last 22 + YRS. We are in an MD-VIP Concierge program. I never even heard of the supposed Med facility they are trying to collect for. We both have FICO scores over 800! We pay our bills, when they are valid. In fact, I think I remember them calling us a few yrs ago with their same MO, which is a total falsehood. NO wonder they have a 1 Star Rating. Too bad I couldn't go Lower than 1 star. They appear to be scammers and should be put out of business. As part of my work, when I was working for 40 yrs, I did some Litigation work for about 15 of those yrs. These folks picked on the wrong dude. I will file complaints VS them with every local, state and *** I can come up with.
