Pennytalk - Calling card
I’ve been attempting to use the PennyTalk calling card for calls to the UK for over a month, but to no avail. Despite numerous calls to customer service, each ticket opened was supposedly resolved, yet the card remained non-functional. Requests to speak with a supervisor resulted in dropped calls and no callbacks. The inconsistency in information provided...

This company automatically and without my knowledge enrolled me in a "promotion" plan. I have no idea what was about, but they added $10 to my phone bill every month, and I was in autopay program. Then I called them and inquired about it, they told me that I have the option to "opt-out" out of what I called scam. In my opinion this is stealing, I asked then...

I am using dial91 for call to from USA to India since last five years. Recently I checked my calling history for the past few months as my account balance used up quickly in a short time and compared with the detailed bill log of my cell phone that I used for the calls, I was surprised to find that more minutes were charged on many of the calls than actual...

I use a calling card called i-talk on my landline in KL, Malaysia for lower call charges. I typically put about rm150 (50usd) credit from a few cards every month and run it down at the month goes on. I had about rm80 credit on 9th April 2011, took a vacation, returned 19th, tried to use the [protected] i-talk number, and found that the credit is zero (there...

I signed up for a $25 phone calling card online and was put on the flex plan. I wasn't aware that Tel3 services are sold through multiple agents/websites and have different pr0mos/discounts. I am using the Tel3 account strictly through payphone use, therefore incurring mandatory payphone surcharges per call. I discovered two days later that a 30% off for 30...

I bought a Lycatalk voucher from a shop - I usually buy an 0800 calling card, with a pin - and use it immediately - dial 0800 number and put in the pin, and I can talk around the world. With Lyca talk I HAVE to register to get an account 1. the voucher does not say this, it just has a customer services number. 2. When I call to register, I am asked for...

NECC is a telecom company having many of us as their long-distance plan customers. Unfortunatley, NECC is a big fraud!! If you are one of their customers, they are scamming you so neatly that you won’t suspect a thing. I noticed this by pure coincidence: In every bill there are phone calls that were also charged in the previous bill! For example, if your...

I did charge on my Reliance India Calling Card on the new 1.99 cents India calls. After I did the recharge I was still charged @ 6.9 cents per minute. When I called Reliance they informed that you have to first change your plan to new Plan and then recharge... what a dump reason. I asked if they change my existing minuted to new plan because it was in the...

Bought a card to call Sri Lanka. Then and then only they mention the fact that the rate given in their add applies to just one call. If more than one call is made on this $10 card the rates are unpredictable. This is a new twist on International calling card scams. I tried sending an e-mail asking to cancel the deal but the email was retuned as undeliverable.
