I was billed for a service that took place on 3.30.26 & 3.10.26. I called our insurance and they said that they never received claims for the services. I called Intermountain Health care and they had the wrong Benefits number for me. I'm not sure why it was changed since I have used Intermountain health care before for other services and all of sudden the claims are not being sent and being denied. Someone could have easily called me and asked for the correct information instead of me getting a notice that the payments are overdue.

The connection during my call was extremely poor. I was unable to clearly understand the prompts that were being asked to verify my identity. I even disconnected and tried calling again, but the quality remained just as bad. When I finally reached a representative, the connection issues persisted, making communication very difficult.
