I called Monday morning in regards to some serious side effects regarding a medicine I was prescribed, and because of those side effects I stopped taking it. The receptionist I spoke with did not listen to a word I said, which resulted in a poorly constructed message. The Nurse who called me back later that evening was curt and rude from the beginning. She spoke over me and argued with me. I will not be calling, or dealing with Spanish Fork Cardiology office staff except to schedule appts. The office staff is not professional, they do not listen.
Recommendation: Ignore the office staff, use them for appointments only.
