I've sent several messages trying to get some understanding of what's going on with my account as I book shifts. But when I do book a shift I get removed hours later because it says my background check hasn't processed but whole time it's in my email and instawork has a copy. So I arrive to my shift and that's when I get removed or canceled on but the job site contact allows me to finish the shift and emails instawork that I've worked the shift and they compliment the job I do. I've been having this issue for 2 weeks someone finally said something about the background check but I'm still stuck on the shift I worked but hasn't been posted for May 27th 2025. I will be getting paid for this shift or this will lead to other legal actions.

I basically had to go back to the job site make contact with the manager and resolve the issue by email.
