I sent 2 messages to Instagc contact email with subject line being ''Request for executive review'' & ''Unable to redeem amazon.ca card for OVER A YEAR!''

''PEOPLE AT INSTAGC.COM,

I am an Instagc.com member since 2022 & feel that instrgc.com has become increasingly more scam like & their support people have been either ignoring my multiple tickets for help or giving me absolutely rubbish comments.

I have been attempting over 5 times to redeem an amazon card which has been unavailable for OVER A YEAR & NO EXPLANATIONS OR ANY INDICATION IT HAS BEEN OUT OF STOCK WHATSOVER ! NO HELP FROM NONRESPONSIVE SUPPORT PEOPLE AT Instagc.com AT ALL!
TOTAL SHAME ON INSTAGC.COM WITH THEIR QUITE INAPPPROPRIATE STEALING OF MEMBERS' HARD EARNED SURVEY COMPLETION CASH OVER EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME!''

The following same automatic reply received shortly after. I tried multiple times with the attched link & nothing happened. Seems to me that NOTHING WORKS PROPERLY OR RESPONSIBLY AT INSTAGC! SHAME & MORE SHAME!
