I ordered the 14-day trial of Instaflex Complete and paid the $5.99 shipping charged on Jan. 8, 2026. There was a delay in receiving it, probably weather related, and when I finally received it, I was only about halfway through the bottle of 14 capsules before I received a notice that my account had been charged $79.69 for another bottle. The 2nd bottle was in a larger box & larger bottle but still only contained 14 capsules. $79.69 for 14 capsules? That was supposed to be the trial size! I called the company to cancel my order and, of course, had to listen to a lot of lower price offers to not cancel. I canceled anyway. The initial advertisement was not clear that my order was a subscription, nor was it stated that the product would be nearly $80 for subsequent shipments. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that this company has to stoop to sneaky tactics to trick people into paying for an unwanted subscription without even giving the customer the option to reorder. Oh, and by the way, it doesn’t work as claimed either.
