Instacart review: Wrongfully accused, said driver never got paid

l placed an order, received a thank you for my order and the receipt, my order was scheduled but never arrived, so I called Price rite, I was told by Glenn, a supervisor whom refused to give his last name, that this was an Instadcart issue and my order was cancelled, I never received a cancellation, because Glenn said last month I did not pay the driver. I had the same issue last month, they charged my debit card $172,00, nstead of my ebt card, never got a delivery last month either, so my daughter drove me to Shop rite in Shelton to shop insteadast month. This month, instead of applying my ebt card which is never locked, they tried to charge my debit card $145 instead. Glenn told me I was banned from shopping at Price rite, Shop rite and a few other grocery outlets under their banner. I told him the mistake was on their part for not charging my ebt and charging my debit card instead. I was accused wrongfully but Glenn would not listen, he was very cold. I am 65 year old disabled woman, I depent on grovery deliveries. All the years I have shopped price rite, I never had a problem until last month, now I am accused wrongfully. I was never notified my order was cancelled, found out when I called. Bad business. Tipping is optional, last month I attached a $7 tip and this month, a $5 tip and got nothing, not even a courtesy cancellation text or email.
