Instacart review: Instacart shopper unprofessional and rude

While at County Market in Hudson Wisconsin today (between 1:10-1:40 p.m.) on 6/10, my family and I encountered an extremely unprofessional Instacart employee. With a blocked path and no way around the Instacart shopper, my daughter politely asked if she could (Please) get past the shopper so that she could begin bagging our groceries. The shopper said "No, I can't. I am on the clock. You can wait." Assuming she was joking my daughter began to laugh and paused to see if she would move. When she did not, my daughter asked again. The woman then began spewing a series of unprofessional comments our way. Citing that we were blond privileged women and we must be used to getting our own way, and that it is not just about us. She then proceeded to spout other comments and flip us off as she left.

I cannot imagine that you would want that type of behavior coming from someone representing your brand. Her demeanor and actions are unacceptable, and it leaves me questioning if someone like that is even safe to order from.

Description of the Instacart shopper-Femaile, short dark hair (pixie cut), glasses, and between 50-60 years in age.

Although this was not my own personal order, I have been an Instacart shopper in the past. I am sure you have data/track your employees and I am putting my trust in your business that her poor behavior will be addressed. Left without action Instacart does a disservice to their brand and other high integrity Instacart shoppers.
