Very thorough with inspection, gave very detailed explanations. Comprehensive, easy to understand report was provided promptly. Very good value for price, and peace of mind, knowing that everything was thoroughly inspected and detailed information was given as to how to address.

Tarryn (sp) and Bryan were so knowledgeable and helpful. As first time home buyers, it was so important to us that we understood as much as possible about the inspection process and they walked us through it every step of the way, including all of our questions. I would 100% recommend them!

I highly recommend them for your home inspection. It was very easy to schedule our inspection appointment. We received plenty of communication before during and after the inspection. Bryan did a great job explaining everything he found. The report we received after the inspection was complete and thorough. I would definitely use them again!

The inspection on-site was super detailed and Bryan really knows the ins and outs about home building. He's able to provide the valuable Why to how things were done before and how they should be done now. No stone went unturned and all our questions were answered thoroughly. The final report came in timely. Would buy another house just to have him do the inspection.

A very thorough inspection. New to the area and used the company our realtor said she would use! I've moved too many times and seen some miserable inspections and some good ones. This was one of the best!. This one was very detailed, with a great visual and written report, as well as a walkthrough showing me the issues, and explaining the findings. If I have to move again I would call them!

I was given a very thorough explanation of everything in the home I was inquiring about. The inspection report was extremely detailed with plenty of photographs and highlights to support and point out everything in the comments section pertaining to the photos. Ernts did great and saved me from buying a home I would have had issues with. Will be using them again on the next home I inquire about!

Very friendly and knowledgeable... Talked to us in detail about findings in inspection. And asked several times if we had any questions... Also was sent a detailed inspection report with pictures... Even though we did not buy that particular property, based on a lot of findings, I would recommend their services to anybody... We are still looking for a house and will be using their services again...

Bryan was great! We had a tight deadline for our inspection needs and not only did he meet the deadline but his report was extremely thorough ( 121 pages!) and easy to read. My husband attended the inspection in-person and was impressed by Bryan's work and his ability to explain things in a way that we could understand. On top of all of that, he was very responsive to my calls and questions and took the time to go over our expectations prior to the inspection itself. We will definitely be using Bryan again in the future!
