In October , I took a course with InfoSec Institute, Inc. They promised a free retake of the exam, which got me excited. However, things didn't go as planned. I took the exam and unfortunately, I failed. So, I reached out to the company for my free retake.
I had several conversations with their customer service personnel and my sales rep, starting in November. I kept telling them that I needed a retake voucher. Finally, on December 29, I uploaded proof of my failure. They assured me that a voucher was available in the "Enrollment details" section of my boot camp when I was "ready to reschedule".
I spent a lot of time going through the portal, trying to find the voucher, but it was nowhere to be found. Frustrated, I sent multiple emails to customer service, hoping for a solution. Unfortunately, it wasn't until March that they finally responded. And guess what? They told me that my voucher had expired.
I've asked for assistance numerous times in getting this voucher, but it seems like InfoSec Institute, Inc. has made it impossible for me to reschedule my exam. It almost feels like they deliberately wanted to prevent me from receiving this retake exam. It's been a disappointing experience, to say the least.

I tried to deal with this before, but they told me that the Exam voucher I paid for as part of my training at InfoSec Institute had expired, even though it was never ordered. I really want to get these two Exams sorted out because they're just sitting there doing nothing. I know the IACRB's *** exam didn't expire. The *** was the only exam I got credentials for from InfoSec Institute, and I logged into their exam portal on 08/27 and passed the exam. IACRB reviewed my certification today and everything was fine, so I'm sure the *** will be too. As I mentioned before and as you can see in the picture I included, InfoSec Institute never ordered the ***. I'm asking them to send it to me. I know it has a limited shelf life once ordered, but Prometric doesn't *** the *** anymore, and the *** Council now offers online proctoring without any restrictions, so it shouldn't be a problem for me to take the exam or for them to order my voucher.

In October , I signed up for the online platform called infosecinstitute.com. I was hoping to find a CCNP course, but unfortunately, it wasn't available on their teaching platform. The labs were also difficult to navigate, which made it frustrating for me. As a result, I decided to cancel my subscription within a month.
I want to mention that this platform lacks some important features. They don't send confirmation emails for subscriptions or new charges. There's also no option to pay through PayPal or delete my user account. Additionally, I couldn't remove my credit card information or use a prepaid card for payment.
To my surprise, when I checked my credit card statement in March, I noticed that I had been billed for an additional four months from 2020 to 2021. I immediately contacted customer service via email, and they responded by saying they had no record of my cancellation in October . This was quite frustrating for me, so I decided to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I am currently escalating this issue with the service provider.
I would really appreciate a refund for the services I didn't use and never authorized. Thankfully, my credit card company has blocked any further attempts to charge me without my consent.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
